ELF HALO GLOW LIQUID FILTER REVIEW: is it a Charlotte Tilbury dupe? 

I’ve got to be one of Charlotte Tilbury’s biggest fans and today I am putting it to the absolute test and comparing the Elf Halo Glow Liquid Filter. Is it better than the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter? Is it actually a dupe? Does it suck? Is the price difference that big?
We’re diving into it ALL today as I compare these two glow products side by side on my face! I’m not going to give away my thoughts here, you’ll have to watch to find out but I was surprised since there is so much buzz around this product.
