I can’t believe it. My elf on the shelf is pregnant with her 3rd elf. Luckily I studied hard and became an elf doctor. Today I’m going to help her deliver her baby. Now Orangezart and Biggie will both be big brothers. I wonder if they’ll have a girl or a boy elf?
