Chris Snee and Tom Coughlin were at my job a couple of days ago. I work at a hospital. 2007 SB Giants! What an awesome year 😎💪🏾

I was young and in a dark place during that 2007 superbowl but looking back at it now I feel like I kinda took those years for granted. On the flip side the bad years makes you more appreciative for the seasons where we were contenders. One day we'll experience that feeling again.

fan for 50+ years. 2007-08 season was the best ever in Giants seasons. How they won some games I still scratch my head.

I could listen to Coughlin talk football all day. A real elder statesmen to the game, old school in every sense.

It's great watching Eli and Tom talk about their greatest triumph together. Both of them were on the receiving end of so much criticism from the media and many fans over the years. When you talk about the greatest QB-Coach combinations in NFL history, Manning and Coughlin should definitely be in the discussion. I'll be buying Tom's book, for sure.

This is Amazing. Brings back all those good memories, my family we all got together for every game that post season run. I remember the fumble against GreenBay I dove on the floor as if I can recover it to save the season. And when we beat the Pats in the superbowl I cried. Being a Giants fan isn't just a fan of the team. It's family. Win, lose or draw Giants Football is in my blood. That 07 season was the most stressful season emotionally ever lol and I've been a fan since 87 when I was little

I was at the Buffalo game…….my daughter had bought tickets 10 rows up at the 50 yard line for mr and my husband…….but he died of cancer just a month before. So my son and I sat through the bittersweet joy in this crazy weather as Ahmad took off and accelerated right in front of us and took the season and the game on his back!

A magical season!

Gawd I love my NY Giants and I loved these two guys. There is no doubt that Super Bowl XLII was one of the greatest if not greatest Super Bowls ever played. People everywhere gave the Giants "0" zero chance to beat the 18-0 Patriots. Eli Manning and David Tyree proved everyone wrong on February 3, 2008 with "The Catch". I have been a NY Giants fan since 1958. Remembered seeing my first Championship Game of the New York Giants and Baltimore Colts known at that time as "The Greatest Game". A heart breaking loss in overtime 23-17. Watching "The Fumble" of Joe Pisarcik to Larry Csonka against the Philadelphia Eagles on November 19, 1978 losing that game 19-17 in the last few seconds. Watching "The Punt" December 19, 2010 of the Philadelphia Eagles DeSean Jackson running it in as time expired to beating us 38-31. Yes I have seen some really heart breaking losses. Then........... there is Super Bowl XXV. The January 27, 1991 amazing game ending of the "Missed Field Goal" by Scott Norwood of the Buffalo Bills. I will always remember coach Tom's Super Bowl XLVI win. Not as spectacular as SB XLII, but a great win against another favored to win Patriot Team. With all this said, For some reason we never "win" or "lose" easy. Some people just do not understand the NY Giant Fan loyalty for this team since 1925. It is one of three flagship teams of the NFL. The other two are the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers. So many great players and coaches. Just to name a few; Steve Owens, Tuffy Leemons, Charlie Conerly, YA Title, Sam Huff, Phil Simms, Mark Bravo, Harry Carsen, Lawrence Taylor, Bill Parcells, Tiki Barber, Michael Strahan, Eli Manning and yes Tom Coughlin. I must say I was sad how things ended for both Tom and Eli. I know it is history now but I was sad at that time. Both were "Great Faces" of this "Great Franchise". As they say in Giant's World, "Ones a Giant, Always a Giant." Thank you both Tom and Eli for what you gave to all us fans. I am happy to claim I am a NY Giant fan till the day I die. GO GIANTS

It feels kinda like now...New coach and players, we in a slight recession, doubt in the air but our Giants team is winning and giving hope! Could we be witnessing another improbable season! Ah, Coach. That was truly a magical night.

Eli is so smart and would of made a great coach. On Monday nights he is much better than Peyton. Very funny and great personality and nothing like what he showed as a player with the media. Thank You Coach and sorry for Judy-RIP! My late Dad was on the board with Syracuse University during the Frank Maloney days and my Sister is a Syracuse graduate and I love how Coach mentioned Zonk. Csonka calls Coughlin Tommy and loves Coughlin and vice versa. Thanks for SB 42 and 46 to go with SB 21 and 25. I go back to 1970 with the Giants and endured the 1970's as a kid!

I think firing TC was the beginning of the big slide. The Mara/Tisch folks panic and don't ride out the slumps(I mean we got bad draft picks etc.) The NY Giants win SBs every once and awhile and shouldn't dump quality staff like that

I don't know if anyone else noticed. The NYG story is very similar to the movie "Facing the Giants" which came out in 2006. Coach on hot seat, people calling for him to be fired, they lose their 1st two games. Championship game against a powerhouse team, no one gives them a shot to win. I can never get enough of these two talking Super Bowl runs ESPECIALLY 42.. And As much as I Love Tom Coughlin!! Plax (in my opinion) was the best Giant Receiver in recent history - and he is absolutely right about Plax using his physicality against Al Harris But as physical as Burress was with Harris … Harris was Just IF NOT a little more physical with Plax Even for a smaller guy I remember being surprised with what He was actually getting away with .. All in All in that Greenbay game ; Plax completely exposed a Very Solid Corner in Al Harris

When I was 10 years years old, and 15 years, my little brother and I decide to pick our own NFL teams he was a Patriots fan I was a a Giants fan... from Super Bowl 42 everyone doubted the team that I was going to lose, but everyone was silent and everyone shut the hell up, and I really didn't want to rub the salt on the wound on my brother but I had it too because he lost two Super Bowls against my own favorite team, the only thing he should be happy that he has three Super Bowl wins and that wasn't us

As soon as he left that accountability left with him and we could no longer hide the drafting mistakes and the bad coaching from all the amateurs they hired after him. Daboll gives me hope though.
