My insurance won’t cover my tirzepatide, and the Eli Direct vial price is still more than I can afford. I’ve been on compounded 5.0 mg for months, now just 10 lb from goal weight, paying $179/month. Thank goodness for compounding pharmacies!❤
Congratulations Stacy, what a great accomplishment for the work it takes even with these helpful medications. I am hopeful at some point, this medication will move to the Medicare approved list so many others can reap the benefits.
I am very very happy for this. I have to pay cash. It took a bit for my dr to contact and send my prescription to Lilly direct. I got a text from Lilly today that they are working on my script. I hope it comes soon. I am 8 days from my shot day. Your information of waiting between shots is encouraging.
