You can tell the chemistry between them. Elijah is a gentleman about his attraction to Elena. The way he looks at her you can see the wonder and the love and admiration in his eyes. And when Elena says his name its full of surprise yet kind of a longing to cherish her time with him. They are beautiful together I ship them so much! Just wish they would have at least admitted their feelings for each other instead of letting them go unspoken.

There were moments when I wanted Elena and Elijah to be a couple in the TVD. I see the chemistry between them, and it's intriguing... unusual feeling! The video is captivating because it shows moments from the series, which are accompanied by a pleasant song. Now this work is my love for this couple.

I don't know if you can call what these two had a friendship but they had a certain dynamic that I adored. The respect that they had for each other is just so pure and the way that Elena always trusted Elijah to be honest and moral even if he'd lost his way is incredible. And you could tell that Elijah admired Elena for her kindness and compassion. I don't know what their relationship was or what you'd call it, but it was incredible to watch.
