Dude this is perfekt. Duuuuude. I own a beafy PC 4090, 5800x3d. I Love constant FPS Lock. Allways Had hitches little but there. With afterburner Lock the framtimes are flat but you get latency. In Game ist better vor latency but stutters are there. Now they are gone!!
it's surprising how many people see an imaginary difference between before and after.... understand, idiot, it doesn't work, if you have problems with performance, you either have viruses or your hardware is weak
The tutorial was easy to follow. I did not pause your video once , I just followed along. I did not even notice changing anything. It's almost as if you controlled me. That's the sign of an excellent tutorial. Great job. Hopefully this adds a few frames to my games.
@@stevensv4864 i mainly play lost ark below max performance. All other games are overpowered by my system. It did make a noticeable difference in lost ark tho, especially since i deactivated NAVI for directX11 due to an AMD driver incompatibility
Won't get that cause the video is fake, i mean, the Xbox Game Bar might take you a couple of fps at max on a low end older pc, maybe something more, but in the video he gains around 20 fps, which is impossible and fake. As i said Game bar might take some fps on really old and slow PCs only, but not so many as he shows.
now im gonna say, his fps probably changed based on his location on the map and considering in the first clip, he was moving a lot and in an active fight

The test at the end is very inconsistent because left you are somewhere else getting less/more fps and right somewhere else getting less/more fps. Try to go in a training match and test the excact same location synced with the video.

Was randomly getting 99% fps dropping to 1fps very frequently playing baldur's gate 3 today. Game was jumping from 144fps to 1fps causing unplayable stuttering which it has not done before across 200+ hours of gameplay. I was very sceptical if this would work or not but i was willing to try anything. It actually not only worked but improved the overall fps stability by 15-20 frames? I'm speechless. May not work for everyone but definitely worked for me.
Hi! When I try to checknames the NT Service/TrustedInstaller there is an error says: An Object (User, Group, or Built-in security principal) with the following name cannot be found: 'NT Service/TrustedInstaller' etc. How to fix this? Tia.
Keep in mind, as you travel around in large games, a quick and temporary stutter that your system cannot help happens when a game is switching servers. Large games are not hosted on one server and need to port out to another for running other portions of the game.
After doing this one thing I can now max out my resolution in VR and my 3080 handles everything with ease. I changed my windows 10 sound setting to 16bit 48000hz, DVD Quality. That's it and worked a dream.
This nor ANY of the other 30,00 “fixes” I’ve tried has helped my stuttering. Literally the ONLY game i don’t have fps drops and stuttering in is r6 seige. I can’t explain it and there is apparently no one alive that can fix it either. My assumption is my pc is just shitting the bed after 1 year. Yay!
For Users of the 7950X3D and 7900X3D its not recommended. The Gamebar is important that the Windows Scheduler use the X3D Cores for Games an den other CCD for Compute Workloads.
It has a lot of useful features other than recording your screen. And if the gamebar is causing your PC to stutter then you have other issues, it isn't the gamebar. There are also settings for the gamebar you can look at first before completely disabling it.
@OGTech I'm also making a video on it. I don't use any 3rd party software to remove the instances from the registry. When you remove presencewriter there are still calls made to open the program and is also logged on Event viewer. I also remove Cortana. I really don't like apps running in the background using cpu my resources. Example Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsRuntime\ActivatableClassId\Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter is a starting point for removing it from the registry there is more entries but obviously too much to put in a reply but you simply search and delete.

Uhm. I can only presume that "gamebarpresencewriter" is controlling the windows gamebar somehow. You know that you can just switch off the thing entirely, right? Toggle is in the window settings under "gaming".
If you gonna do a fps comprasion before and after please at least stay on the same place and dont move because there are difference scenarios in the map that can give you better fps or lower
No, don't delete it. There's no point of deleting GameBarPresenceWriter, it won't wipe itself out completely. btw, that folder is System 32, so don't mess with it. I'll bring separate videos about that.

i am begging for anyone to help me figure this out. i have an alienware laptop i bought no more than 1 and a half years ago, i was originally able to run high performance games, like resident evil games, dead by daylight, and games like that on very high fps, usually 200-300, with no frame loss, lag, or issues of any sort. recently, whenever i try to play a game, i will experience frame drops where my fps will go from its regular 200-300+. to maybe 12 or less. it started with just this fps loss but in the last month or so after an hour or so of playing, my pc will completely shut down. sometimes it gives me 1 red and 1 blue blink on the power button, but most times it just shuts down. its recently gotten so bad i cannot play games at all because within 10-15 minutes my pc will shut down. my cpu reaches 80-99 when playing these games and sits at 44 or less when doing basic tasks. its always been this way since i got it but this shut down and fps drop problem has only been happening for a few months. i have tried everything from using different power cords, to factory resetting, to updating every driver and windows multiple times. PLEASE if anyone has any idea what this is, i would appreciate the help.

It comes in handy for the controller friend player lounging about and screen easy capture software where needed. Didn't fix my issue in the slightest. Still getting stuttering on many games. Had no stuttering with my old i7 7700k 1080TI rig. Now with an i7 13700k 4090, I get stuttering all the time. But hey when it's not stuttering it says my fps is 200. What's it matter if 2D metroidvania games that aren't hard to render in the slightest stutter like crazy

I'm on windows 10 pc I uninstalled xbox gamebar overlay with Powershell afterwards I went to play Warzone 2.0 and a Microsoft pop up link started just before the game launched. I fixed it by going to the Microsoft store and downloading xbox gamebar overlay my question is why do we need this overlay I don't use it and I hate all the bloatware?
@@OGTechYT googled some uninstall gamebar for powershell it worked but then everytime I launched Warzone I'd get a Microsoft notification popping up before my game starts telling me to open with gamebar overlay. I could still play the game but it was just annoying having to have that pop up everytime I started the game up so I just reinstalled gamebar overlay via powershell works again but just disabled it. I just hate all the unnecessary bloatware.
The reason for stutter, at least with Intel CPUs, are E-Cores. Disable E-Cores and every game will have NO stutter. If that doesn't fix your stutter, something else is also wrong
@@lonely.6988 You would need to do this in your System Bios. A RU-vid video would help you better understand than what I could type here. It isn't difficult or complicated.
Actually you do not really need to disable your E-Cores, another settings if all else does not solve it, is to DISABLE game mode in windows 10/11, contrary to what people believe, leaving it on might cause stutters in some game, and may help in others, but there are cases where turning it off will help, particularly if the game is also using background processes.

Press Windows key + Ctrl + Shift and B at the same time. your screen will flash black (if they aren't black already). This will restart your graphics driver.
I have a slightly different issue... My game will run 90 fps for first 12 rounds and then on the next round it will go 1fps unplayable and after that round or one more it will be 1-30 fps... idk wot the issue is its not getting fixed,,,, also my network rtt jitter spikes up when this happens but i play on ethernet so i dont think so it is network issue
Hello, I have this kind of problem with my laptop which is even it has a high performance, all updates of drivers, good condition of battery and also setup battery options. it still cause my laptop to lag and stutter while in game or browsing when it is unplug to its charger but when it is plug to its charger, its performance is in a good condition, I hope someone has an idea on how to solve this.
bruh do you realize your gaming laptops battery can not power your powerful gpu so for gaming and stuff you must plug in the charger that way your gpu can work on max performance.

@@OGTechYT Odd, thought this game is super CPU bound (seeing your GPU utilisation isn't hitting 99% yet). My old i7 3770 manage to pull more fps (90-200) paired with gtx 750 ti, now upgraded the GPU to rx 6600 and don't see FPS improvement. I was considering to upgrade my CPU to newer gen but seeing this kinda makes me reconsider.
@@TruzzleBruh yes that's why i said it's odd. I5 gen 11th on the video supposed to be stronger than my i7 3770, but somehow i have more fps than him. His graphic doesn't reach 100% util so i don't think his gpu bottlenecks it in this case?
I'm using a gaming laptop before the charger plugin the game gets more fps now removed charger getting fps but sometimes lagging how to fix this if i the plugin the game heavily lags i try the to fix change the power plan system formated and drive update but still lagging if i connect the charger

Yes, there is no time limit. But the free version has a space limit. As far as I can remember, it has like 140 GB of space to store your clips, so after that, you need to buy. Check out their website, and you'll see.

I wanna ask about something pretty annoying that's happening to me which is 1 fps drop it happens in many games like r6s/ going medieval / csgo ... etc basically the frames drop from 144 to 143 and the screen stutter really bad it happens for like 1 second and it's pretty annoying any ideas of what is causing that?
@@tajbaroudi550 try turning the game process to high / above normal priority, if after that you have problems with loading screens, menus or something like that try to reinstall the game from scratch, remove every folder and everything that you may have of the game, it will reset everything that you did to get more fps in the game (occasionally when you put/change a lot of things to get an fps boost, it may get that fps drop effect due to windows over boost your game with a performance that can't handle itself properly). i recommend searching for some software that cleans your ram almost every second so that you don't get 100% use out of your cpu, it may help but can make everything worse, if that happens to make things worse just don't use it, uninstall that software and try another or just don't use it at all. sry about my english, not the best ig, but i hope it helped you.
