At 73, I get a lot of aches and pains that come with getting older and was hoping to find something I could do for self-help, but this seems like a very complicated way of getting from Point A to Point B. I do enjoy the videos though!

As someone who is learning about this, yet it skeptical (and wants to believe it), have you considered hanging a 2lb weight from the patient’s arm (instead of pushing down)? It seems this kind of test would fully verify that the practitioner isn’t (conscientiously or not) pushing down harder. I’ve suggested this to practitioners before in a class, and it always makes the room uncomfortable, which is discouraging. It was suggested that the weigh won’t work because it would ‘disrupt the circuit’, so I suggested the weight and staying in contact without pushing. Again, it made people uncomfortable. Very frustrating for someone who simply wants to validate something that so many people charge money for.

That’s your scepticism not the Kinesiologists. If you want to practice with a 2lb weight to prove it works go ahead. Kinesiologists are very versed in the art of muscle testing. Practice fine tunes their skills. I only need to do a light touch now to test. It is vital to get a real feel for muscle testing skin to skin. We detect the most subtle of changes and correlate the patterns. Testing is proved time and time again to be accurate. John is showing only one muscle test out of 42. Having the client hold a weight would be impossible or at least completely impractical on most tests. It’s also completely unnecessary

I say the same thing about martial arts. Find top-level practitioners and pick one and try it for yourself. If it works for you, great if not, oh well. Best of luck.

Yes, it is outside of the paradigm of what most people have been taught, but once you experience it, you know it works, and often in an instant. Having been a presenter at Tony Robbins Life Mastery program since 1994, participants are often amazed by how quickly these techniques eliminate pain and stress.

Hi, is it that lady is expected to be resisting her arm going up and down when you place your arm over it, , I am confused about that part. Am very interested in this. You asking the body what to do, good are you able to tell the responses Tks

She is attempting to keep her are in place and meeting my pressure and when I touch areas that are under stress, her arm then becomes weak. So the muscle test acts as a biofeedback mechanism.

I've been going to a natural pathetic for 5 years now. He has helped me so much. But some of what you do he has not done on me. I broke my back in 4 places 8 years ago. I still have nerve pain. And now my legs and feet are hurting at night , very numb and tingling. I have a lot of liver problems and wonder if I might be out of balance with emotional issues. My husband just left me in February. Seems like I get well for 2 or 3 days then I slip back and I'm in pain a lot. Im disabled and only drive my car maybe once every two weeks.

All forms of stress (physical, emotional, and nutritional) can add up to create more pain and inflammation. Lightly touching the points on the forehead while you relax and breathe slow deep breaths can help reduce pain and inflammation. Eating a more alkaline diet of vegetables and avoiding sugar and sweets, also helps reduce inflammation. Wishing you best of success on your healing journey.

Placebo is strong in this one.
@kinesiologyinstitute

As Dr. Bruce Lipton states in his book, The Biology of Belief, the placebo effect is a powerful force that should be used more in medicine. Kinesiology still works well on people who are skeptical, as many people my students and I have worked on. They are often amazed at the results.

Btw some Kinesiologists work with animals so can’t exactly claim placebo there. Novak Djokovic saw a Kinesiologist and said his game improved. The top 2 squash players in the world were seeing a Kinesiologist. It’s big in Germany.

If placebo is so powerful that the body can basically heal itself with no treatment. Then why is that not being investigated? Isnt that significant and doesn't that call into question the very options we have today? The medical community has essentially admitted that the body can heal itself with no intervention. They then ignore this and carry on with symptomatic treatment smh
