Start eliminating caffeine! And add a quality sea salt to your diet. This alone reduced my migraine by 80 percent.

After experimenting with the elimination diet, here’s some of my food triggers: alcohol, bananas, nuts, bacon, chocolate, citrus and anything with sulfates, nitrates or nitrites. Caffeine; maybe, but not always? Dehydration can also become a trigger.
