We pulled together the Elite 1 programme so that we could discover the next generation of pro darts players, and work with the best of the best youth players to help them, alongside their management, to develop their talents to tour card level. Lead by Darryl Fitton, Rob Cross and Lorraine Winstanely joined us for a day spent of training the group and ended with a 501 competition between Keane Barry and John Brown.

The Eilte program seems to be helpful for all those young players. Good results from them in the past months. Wish I would be 25 years younger. Good work from Darly and the rest of the team.

Target one serious question. Why not make the nexus with a normal board and not a bullshooter?

Looks nice but could be improved a bit by having a location where they walk off to the right like they will have to whenever they play professionally and why does the chalker have to hold up a block of papers. I suspect the nexus is there for marketing purposes mainly so a tablet or board could have been installed for the actual training.

And after that, practice, practice, practice, some more till we see you up on stage. Oh & did I say practice?....yea everyday on a set schedule for a few hours uninterrupted. Scoring is cool & all, but if you can't mentally track your score when it's time to dart out & plan your next shot, then you will be wasting alot of time in practice. Hope to see you on tv one day!
