People all need to realize this is all made to be the identical look as the Trex made by Winston for the production of the movie. Regardless of the final look of the Rex in the movie, it’s a piece of movie making history. The white and pink and such are all as it was shown when Spielberg was first shown the look of what came out by the team. I love it! Mine is finally being shipped out soon, since there was still some available to order back in June.

The iron studios at 1/10 is still slightly larger. If anything its about the same size as the chronicle, just fully stretched out. The chronicle even tho should be bigger at 1/9 is still a tad smaller then the iron studios one.

Yea ECC is very expensive but their quality is super high and they are very rare pieces since they have limited time on pre orders. Deff the kind of pieces to have! Stay tuned for sure for future reviews!
Fed Ex absolutely sucks! I did get my $5.55 refunded for the evening delivery where they showed up at 10:57am 🙄 Statue looks amazing! I’m real curious as to what’s going on with Cliff Attack as it’s still off the Prime 1 website 🤔
Good! They better have…i know it s not a lot of money but its the principle that matters here. And thank you! I agree, it looks pretty damn nice. And maybe prime 1 is updating something with it? Weird that its just gone out of the blue like that, hopefully it nothing to worry about 😬
The body has less detail and the paint is deff more on the simpler side so the body looks lighter than the head. Head has all the detail and texture so it looks darker. Wish the whole body was like that but it is what it is. Its still absolutely gorgeous
Awesome statue. You can clearly see ECC put a lot of work on the head, would have been better if they continued that detail on the body also. Btw, upload the footage of the Fed Ex worker. Terrible story. Really no respect for you as a client.
For sure would be better if the attention to detail was all around. And yea maybe ill upload the footage on my insta page, deff a lack of respect for me and my purchases. I hope i dont have to deal with them again for a while. Hopefully my other items will be ups 🙏🏼
It’s a beautiful piece, however it’s seriously overpriced. Never could I have justified the money on this. The Chronicle collectibles 1/5 was 5K and this is over 2K. Nah. Congratulations on getting it nonetheless.
Its most definitely overpriced, but thats the hobby right now. Everything is getting pricier no matter what studio is making them. Even iron studios which was a less expensive option is showing price hikes. It deff sucks and im going to have to slow down for a while because of it. But thank you and glad you enjoyed the video!
It is a 5/10, Paint is not bad and they focused on the head (I also do not like the pink paint), but sculpt is bad, not detailed enough, composition is also bad, mouth looks weird, pose looks strange, the base looks like an orchid base, there were 2 original maquettes for JP, one had his mouth open and the other one had a relaxed mouth, but It had it a little more open than this one, wich makes more sense, I think Prime 1 Studios Tyrannosaurus-Rex & Carnotaurus Deluxe Version is WAY better... it has more details (specially on the body), better sculpt, better paint, stronger concept and... a carnotaurus, wich is great, that statue might be a 8.5/10 (considering some paint details) the P1S statue also has extras and a human (owen) wich is great for scale comparisons.
Yea i see your point, the body could have had more detail. With some more love to the sculpt on the rest of the body it deff would have been a better statue. The pose is deff simple but it doesnt look weird to me. The face in my opinion is full of detail and the paint looks great, but again, the body should have had the same love. I would give it an 8/10. The prime 1 trex and carno deff has more body detail and is leagues above with how dynamic it is. But ive seen pictures of people overseas with it already the the paint on the rex is lacking for me. I totally agree with the human figure tho, thats always a plus when they add them. But im deff interested in seeing a video taking a closer look, having seen anything on youtube that really highlights the statue well yet.
100% agreed, I only own none scale Rotunda rex from P1 and I gotta say the head sculpt from p1 is one of the best that I fave it a 9/10, but this from stan somehow lacking sculpt details, almost feel like there's a blur filter, but I guess we ment to view it from far.

You are WAY wrong, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. There is nothing wrong with this piece. The pink you are seeing in the camera is not at all what's the statue looks like in person. You saying that the sculpt is bad is crazy since it's a collaboration with Stan Winston studios. If you don't know what stan Winston studios is, it is the company that did all the animatronics for the movie. I find it hard to believe that the company would put their name on a piece that wasn't as accurate as humanly possible.
@@daveymeadows8602 yea the sculpt on the face is immaculate, literally the most gorgeous ive seen. I do wish it had some more detail on the body but it doesnt take away from the statue at all. The pink is deff as pink as it is in the video though, but you dont really see it unless youre really looking for it. As a review i did have to make that known. Its deff the best t rex i have and stan winston indeed created something beautiful, im glad you are as passionate as i am!

Its really good in my opinion. Not perfect but deff the best rex face out there. Its awesome. I dont know what the prime 1 will look like yet but i prefer jurassic park pieces over jurassic world. Just isnt the for me.
@@greatwhite2860 yeah, this T-Rex has no concept, it is not exact to the original maquette, I've seen it, the maquette does have the mouth open, so if the idea was to take that maquette and release it as is... even color do not match, so what's the point of making something and promote it as accurate when it isn't, It would be even better If they took it and make a concept than releasing a mid way style that adds nothing to the conversation, just imagine how great it could have being if they had painted it propperly and make an strong composition with some action going on, but they choose to do this odd T-Rex, with no much detail and poor painting, but also the odd eyes looking at you like an owl, even the base looks like, a cheap orchid base, there is no art in this statue, that's why the Fallen Kingod T-Rex and Carnotaurus is way better and even better than the velociraptor attack statue... because the Fallen Kingdom statue is ultra detailed (as the original real size Rex for Jurassic Park was... not the tinny maquette), it also has a great composition and concept including a Carnotaurus with excellent paint work (in layers: Green, Red, Blue, Brown for a realsiitc Rex skin tone) and even paint in between scales..... WOW, the pose is really cool, it has a great size and sculpt is excellent, whit an small human character "Owen" to bring a real feel for scale, so there is no match in 2023 for the Fallen Kingdom Rex Carno statue from P1S, it REIGNS in too many areas.
