Thanks so much for this. I honestly don’t get the hate for Odyssey, this sort of gameplay is great fun IMO. Kind of reminds me of clearing out camps from mid to long-range in Far Cry
Thanks, I needed this. I just started playing again after many years. I played the game when it first came out and did not play it with any expansions. Anyway, I was unsure about doing ground missions with vanilla gear because all the videos I find on the topic were with engineered gear and weapons only, even when typing in "settlement raids and missions without engineered gear". Thumbs up.
Someone sent me one of your videos because I was looking for a laser build for conflict zones and your challenger build looked amazing and I was gonna use that for my anaconda and then I saw more of your videos and they looked awesome too. It was kinda hard finding useful stuff out since some videos were out of date but thanks again for all you do cmdr

No hassle at all. And no need to feel bad; your comment was on point. Each has their own challenges. With the upgraded gear it offers the challenge for one-shot-one-kill if one does their part to aim and lead their target properly. Without the upgraded gear the challenge becomes leveraging all skills and equipment as a whole (grenades, energy cells, med kits, movement, positioning, etc.) to survive. Both are fun! :)
These damn Manticore guns and their ridiculous slow shot speed. Too bad they forgot a .50cal in the future. I remember doing CZs and actively evaded sniper shots. 😂 Thanks to your video, I know now that the Intimidator is pretty useless, at least unupgraded.
You're welcome; thanks for watching. Yeah, un-upgraded the Intimidator is not very good. Fully upgraded and engineered, it's a one-shot-one-kill beast; even against a fully-shielded enemy (if you're close enough).
When you state "WITHOUT" are you saying a grade one artimis etc or one of those free grade three artmis's etc. and being totally uninformed, what rifle, grade, is that your using?
