After fiddling around with the new 3.0 engineering system, I found that 3A Enhanced Performance thrusters with maximum Grade V Dirty Drive Tuning and Drag Drive modifications are rather powerful... on any small ship...
The Vomit Comet also has a 2A Power Distributor with Grade V engine focused. But other than that, this Adder is COMPLETELY stock. Nothing else needed!

mynameisntleo Thanks! I always tell people, it's all in the editing. But tbh, this was a rather simple edit. The hardest part was figuring out how to zoom in on a frame in Hitfilm Express. The rest of it was just same ol same ol, get the music to roughly match the clips.

You don't need to sell your Vette to do that. A speed Viper costs at most 7 million (5 mil for the 3A EP thrusters), and will actually end up being much faster than the Adder. You can expect a top boost of 932 if you do that right.

Grade V dirty drive tuning on enhanced performance thrusters with drag drives experimental effect. Then make the ship as light as possible, strip off every bit of weight, make it unarmed. I just uploaded a new vid showing my iEagle, which can hit 912 m/s.

If I had the credits and the rank, I would. I will tell you that it is very possible. Anything that can be flown in forwards, can be flown in backwards. You will need a much further run-up, and will have to correct for station rotation without looking.

I actually did once. My friend brought over an Oculus Rift for me to try. I immediately clipped the toaster rack and exploded on my first boost in. VR is hella fun for my passengers, but for me to be able to fly this thing, I need my head straight, and my eyes forward and level. VR makes me lose depth perception, somehow.
