Thanks Joanna for reminding us how we non-elite gymnasts would do on these challenges, when Ash makes them look so easy, and you're probably fitter than most of us too...

Couple things 1. Ash doing 100 at end was sick! 2. Sammie's performance on the high bar was IMPRESSIVE! 3. I just overall enjoyed this video!

Btw the 60 handstand spins were done legs split and as a one continues movement. Max was my Acrobatics teacher for a number of years. He is also very good at break dance, I assume having the ability to do air flairs gives him a nice edge.

100 handstand jumps on the tramp is insane, but its no task for the handstand man and the weighted handstand dip on the wall was hilarious. This was such a great vid I had to rewatch it again. Merry Christmas Ash and to the squad! Really appreciate your dedication :)

You guys are incredible. Last year I tried (and succeeded) to just do 10 giants in a row and let me tell you, by 8 or 9 your eyes start to have a delay in processing the image it's seeing compared to where your body is at, and it is spooky because you have no idea if you made it over the top or if you're going to fall back the other way because your eyes are still showing you the floor when your feet are nearly over the top of the bar. I can't imagine doing 20 in a row like Sammie or 40 in a row like Ash. That's nuts.

terrific video, as always. but ash, a pirouette is performed on one limb turning 360 degrees, not switching to the other halfway, those were just 180 degree turns. think more of what those breakdancers do coming out of a flair when they spin really fast on one hand, especially when they squeeze their extended legs together, like on an office chair. i demand a redo
