Its not pride my friend. He may not want to react. Some of us are self aware of things around us and when someone wants a reaction. If I know someone wants a reaction and I do not feel like giving it. Then I will do the same and keep it moving.
Just imagine being at the gym, minding your own business, trying to forget about the stress in your life, when someone comes along and tries to use you to make RU-vid videos. And then people are judging you on how you respond.

Yeh, he couldn't take 5 mins from his workout. Give me a break, ive been training for over 20 years and I train hard. I have time for people. His ego got dented and he wanted to sulk like a child.

Imagine just wanting to do your workout and be left alone. Instead of having someone who's juiced up try to interrupt you to show off while telling you that you have poor technique. That's called poor gym etiquette.
Huge fan of Anatoly but not everyone is going to play along and be impressed with Anatoly especially when Anatoly randomly goes up to his victim and interrupts him and tells him "Your technique is wrong!". Some find his comments rude and obnoxious. So, I am not surprised with his reaction and his behavior toward Anatoly.
@@sykalome7930 Im not doing things wrongly. I have internet and youtube with credible people teaching exercises if i want to add something aswell. Also im not answering people in the gym for any reason unless its an emergency.

Its crazy how so many people ae calling dude names just because he is not giving a reaction. People could it possibly be that dude just does not want to give a reaction. Personally I would do the same because I would be thinking to myself. I think he wants a reaction and I don't feel like playing so I will not. Dude is not being rude or anything yet people are calling him names.
Why would be he a sire loser? I agree with some posts here that Anatolij is just not very diplomatic. I think he makes these clips to show off for his posterity. Yes, he's very powerful, but we have to take into the account that most of these guys are pure amateurs doing this for their own fun and purpose. They do not demeanor anyone, and then out of nowhere Anatolij shows up and shows off. I tried in the past to point out some serious technical mistakes to some gym goers where they actually were risking potentially very bad injuries with what they did. I do it now more. This is simply different generation altogether, they follow advice from the various internet personalities that is often not only wrong but like I said, potentially dangerous, and because I don't plaster myself all over the You Tube or elsewhere, I am unknown to them, thus my advice or concerns went some delays at best. I grew up in the gym where everyone watched everyone else and pointed out the mistakes we all were making at some point, and it was a good thing. We often worked out in pairs so there was constant attention and supervision, if you will, to honest workout, because under such high physical stress there are constant tendencies to cheat here and there. But these are different times and although I meant well, 9 out of 10 it was taken as unwanted intrusion, so I have restrained myself from exercising any idea of helping others - they simply do not want your help because they think you are not up to par because you don't look like Franco Columbus. That thing with Anatolij is getting really annoying anymore.
If you really look at it, he's always putting down guys who are lifting heavy weight, while he is an elite lifter Sort of like a bully boxer who picks on guys who can't fight
Maybe the guy just wants to be left alone with hia training and has something bothering his mind and thats why hes there, then a steanger comes along to interrupt him.
Some random dude walks up to you and rudely starts correcting you, they must be a little crazy so you let them do whatever it is their craziness directs them to do and then you move on with your life.

I hate being interrupted at the gym. MY TIME is the most precious commodity that I have, and I DON'T have to share it with anyone unless I choose to. That doesn't make me or anyone else prideful or jealous. FACTS.

This man knows he was put in his place. He takes himself too seriously. Had he been a more easy-going person, he would have quickly realized he was being pranked and would have made a new friend.

I don’t blame the guy. He is minding his own business and did not ask for advice. It doesn’t matter whether his technique was good or not, it was disrespectful to persist after he clearly wasn’t interested in outside advice. We have all seen people doing things wrong in the gym, but unless they ask or you know each other, mind your own business.
Here's the issues, most folks when approached dismiss Anatoly with pompous pride which this guy didn't. This guy entertained Anatoly and wanted to go back to lifting. Clearly, the guy was extremely patient and frustrated by Anatoly's antics. Kudos to this gentleman who was respectful, patient, and focused.
This man had so much pride !! Hehehe !! Most of the huge guys acknowledge to Anatoly whenever he'll try yo tell and teach them. But this little man had so much pride that he's not even expressed while watching him left up three times as a short skinny guy with heavy accent 😂😂😂😂😢😢😢!!!
A lot of people just want to get on with their training, they aren't there to talk. I've left gyms before because the people are too chatty and it gets in the way.
Anatolii was very polite, and he did try to help the man improve his technique. The man just didn't want to listen to a professional and seemed to judge the appearance instead. Honestly, he was not polite towards Anatolii - if he was more patient he could have learned a few things.

Come on, Anatoly lifts impressive amounts and his physique is great, but these "pranks" aren't really funny at all. What he's doing is being the guy nobody wants in the gym... The guy who butts in and bothers people. He's being a Karen.

I mean on a very basic level. I also don't care about another man's strength if it comes at a price of impeding my own work out. Totally well mannered dude, and I can relate with his indifference. Lots of dudes are just trying to get in and get out so good on the dude for allowing him to do the prank. Myself personally? I might prank Anatoly back and pretend I can't speak english lol
