@@Neegas_always_lose I never typed out what’s happening in the clip. I observed invisible parts of human behavior and attitudes. The reason people like you type out what’s happening in comments is because you need to get a job and leave your parent’s house.
dude is ripped though...if he was dressed like the other guy it wouldn't be as shocking...better way to look at it is you can lift for strength not size, but he looks strong he just doesn't lift for size
Size does matter, have to have weight to move weight, he’s a rare example of giving smaller guys hope but it’s like Steph to basketball as to what he is to lifting. They are extraordinary and not imitated by many. People on here like size don’t matter, he’s the 1% and that’s it. Little guys dream of this shit, and yes he’s about 170 he’s little, but lifts heavy for his weight but has pushed his plateau by hundreds less than the big boys
It also makes you much slower. reaction time is prudent, but if you can grab a mans throat and hold it for about 5 seconds, you've already won. Work on your grip. Won't ALWAYS win, but it greatly increases your odds of winning.

I don't see any vain pop while lifting. Plus his arms were not stretched while lifting it. The big guy lift it like they were halo weights. Facial reaction is everything when lifting. I see non from both parties.

Жылы всмысле мышцы? А у качка что тогда? Бройлерное мясо а не мышцы? Всегда говорили что сила растёт только от количества мускулатуры, а тут получается нет.
@@63-fo4ik С добрым утром. Сила растёт не величины мышц, а от сухожилия. Дружище обычный боксер будет сильнее раскаченного качка, потому-что сухожилия у него как ивовые прутья, хрен порвёшь.
I know by personal experience that practice gives you the strength and muscles don't exactly define the strongest.. I been help by people with muscles and great figure to carry furniture or mattresses to a 2nd or 5th floor on the stairs and believe me, they can't hold up and they drag the things, it seems as if I were only carrying the merchandise and they were hanging from the mattress
