yes but thats nto what gets them its the size/strength ratio. and doing calithennics mixed with weghts is what does this.. but gym only pushing weights donesnt do this its create mroe size than stregngth when trainined in just weights. which is why when everyone sees him thbey are like " your to weak" then he show them whats what then they touch him up like fruit in the fruit/veg isle down the shop because they are looking for big muscles in his baggy top.. but tbh its about tim epeople started putting light into calisthenic and weight training the correct way as the ultimate method unles you want to be big bulky and not so strong. in in isolated ways too
