I never comment on youtube videos but I have a question hopefully you'll have some insight to. I replaced the shell on my Elite 2 and I noticed today after taking it back apart and gluing the magnets in place for the rear paddles, that when I ADS with the left trigger and move the left stick to the right, the gun stops ADSing. I went to the Gamepad tester and there's some play in the left trigger where it will go from 1.00 to .95 or so if I wiggle it left to right. If I hold it and move the left joystick, it will vary all the way down to .93 from 1 and is definitely associated with the movement of the stick. Any ideas if there is some interference electronically or if it is just a coincidence it finally started wearing down when I took it apart. I'm in IT and do not believe in coincidences. Any suggestions?

Honestly there isn't an amazing supplier that I know of but eBay or kasynparts.com may have some.

What about removing the trigger completely to replace the housing for the magnets? Mine has broken and need to replace it

What about the a button been having problems if I press it in different place's it doesn't work any suggestions

I always start with a detail cleaning with any repairs (unless it's obvious a piece is broken off). From there you could try to replace the conductive rubber contact pad. That's worked for me in the past. Make sure you clean w/isopropyl alcohol on the contact area's.

Ugh man my limited edition elite controller finally fell victim to breaking. Its not actually broken as it still works but whats happened is my RT has come loose as if it got unhinged from original position. It still registers every input but its just loose as if the bumper is the only thing keeping it in. It can wiggle aroud and isnt snug anymore. I don't want to send it in to Microsoft as I've read you won't get back your limited edition one. Ever repaired a loose RT? Maybe a spring got out of place as i do always have it on the shortest press under the trigger. The 3 different press settings you can change, mine is on the last one.

Do you still repair these I have 2 elite controllers both won’t power on or connect to console or pc. Microsoft wants 110 each if you have a repair service I’d pay and send em over if not they’ll prolly end up in the garbage
