You can get 2x Elite Soldiers now. Somehow I still feel Juggernaut is more effective though

If you take Hacker for raids,it depends on rebirth of the player whose bass we will raid so if the players has turrets hacker is better but if he doesn't vault raider or raider soldier is better

​@@Skibidy_rizzler_ actually you dont even need soldiers or guns just rush c4 the gates with a shield ofc, activate the drill, slide into a jail cell and hide behind the door so the elite soldiers cant damage you

Elite is not level 1 in the video. A level 1 Elite will lose to a level 10 Juggernaut easily
