F3 stand for Lowest temperature, you may set it on -21 and F4 Stands for Highest temperature set it to -18 and you'll done sir. Let others code be in default.

What about defrost settings?? What value should i set them to for freezer fridge

Same with I've put there, when you go deeper and try to analyse things seem complicated then you are obligate to twist some codes there to meet your customers standard.

Its a room sensor issue, the ALL value you put is being reached, try adjusting value or rectify your high pressure issue on your system
