bcoz they asked a totally different question but she misunderstood it she was asked : what is she most excited about before the movie (avangers age of ultrone ) (they meant excitement about her character in the movie) she misunderstood and replied that she get excited by cooking and eating . thats why everybody laughed and lizzie realized it after a while and she said "i think i didn't get the question" and everybody laughed again 😂 u can watch the interview

hey!! there’s a few things, but mainly what i’m referencing is her use of a very offensive term against romani people to describe her character, while also playing a character that’s meant to be romani, not a white woman! there’s some other things but i’m not super educated on them, so if you want to google it or anything that might help!

@@barsgul9370 i know she isn’t a white woman lol, that’s why i said the character is meant to be romani. however, they made wanda a white woman in the movies because elizabeth olsen is white. wanda is from sokovia in the comics, but she is romani, because romani people can also live in europe. it was a waste of an opportunity to cast a POC in the MCU, which, let’s be honest, they’re lacking in that department. it’s silly to practically change a character’s ethnicity instead of just casting someone who looks the part. even though her origin in the movies is from sokovia, they still could have stuck to the source material and given a WOC the role.
