i personally think it's not because of her last name, it's because of the fact that she idolizes her father, the one that killed them all, making it seem like she didn't care about their deaths and what her father did to them. but, i do think you're right. cassidy is still a child, and i would not expect an 80's kid to act so bratty. discipline was a thing back then.
