PROTELAVA,ADIAVA AS DECISOES ATE O ULTIMO MOMENTO (qdo um rei HOMEM teria logo decidido,por impulso).Foi até criticada,MUITO,por isso.Deixava (de propósito?ou não?) que as coisas se desenrolassem,até o limite,e,no fim, se beneficiou disso.Mas foi uma GDE RAINHA,SIMBOLO DE UMA NOVA ERA!!
