In this new series from Elk101, Corey Jacobsen breaks down real elk calling scenarios, and shows what tactics and strategies were used, as well as what could have been used, to maximize elk calling success.
In Episode 1, Corey revisits an incredible call-in from WY during the filming of the Destination Elk series. With a midday bugling bull located, the guys move in and begin working the calls to coax the bull into their setup.
If you've ever wanted a play-by-play breakdown of actual elk calling setups to help you be a more successful elk caller, In the Zone is the series you've been waiting for.

I like the google earth point of view on showing us what you guys were doing and where and what the elk was doing, I like the live camera view on Corey and Dirk and liked how Corey narrated what was happening and the strategy. I loved this video format and thought it was done perfect! I hope you can continue with this style, Thanks guys!

This is awesome with the "cartoon" visuals to actually SEE what is happening rather than leaving it up to the imagination to understand. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed the first video of the series. I just watch it for the first time and was blown away by the value of information that was shared by you guys! The Google earth and graphic details along with a step-by-step details of what you were thinking as far as strategy, to put the shooter in the best position to make the shot was absolutely invaluable. I look forward to watching the other two in the series! Please, please, please, keep adding to that playlist!! It is a remarkable re-production of your previous hunts, that you can make in the off-season to keep your subscribed viewers educated and entertained. it is absolutely a homerun!

This was one of the most clear instruction tools/videos I’ve ever seen. Revisiting these situations with some google earth views provides overview and context that really helps to understand what was happening, why you did what you did, and frankly it’s the mistakes that were some of the most helpful in learning something about this... Thank you!
