The one you are trying to ID is a nice scraper, most likely hafted. Looked like it was made off of a spall with a shape they liked and they beveled down the edges.

Kool artifacts along with some kool sheds with a really kool one in the snow👍🏻

You dude! My grandpa was huge into native artifacts and I learned alot from him he had a couple that looked just like that.
