Sometimes I'll start a sentence, and I don't even know where it's going. I just hope I find it along the way. Like an improv conversation... improversation.
Generally with these kinds of games it's more meant that you're suposed to take a guess when giving your responses and try to have them make sense, though they do say things or do things to let you know if you are on the right track. That said I feel at the beginning she wasn't giving him any hints at all.
Jennifer Baulier she wasn't really giving him hints at all but that's also because she's not really an improviser like Steve Carell. But I would figure that she would at least been around enough comedians and improvisers to be able to pick up some tricks of the improv trade

You know, I've never really been a big fan of Steve Carrell's... but I have to say, his appearances on Ellen always make me wish he was a friend of mine. I think he's waaay funnier as himself than he's ever been as a character.
HahaXD LOVE him... And I love that he started on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and now he is totally famous:D He is so talented! Think about the stars that comes rrom THS. Steve Carell, Sephen ColbertXD Funny guy!

depends where you live. i live in australia. an it comes on from 1pm to 2pm on channel 9. and if that made completley no sense to you then im gonna guess that you dont live in aus :):)
Yeah I get it. But compared to other improv games like this, if Ellen gives better hints, its much funnier. Trust me kid, I know how Ellen does her shows. I've been watching her for years.
