Ellen really knows how to make people feel that kind of happiness that you otherwise loses around your 13:th birthday... I LOVED how those women competed and laughed like two kids at school... And even "fought" over that coconut... This made me smile! Thank you!

I LOVE YOU ELLEN!!! I'm a very religious person and I'm proud of it and even though my religion is against gays, I'm not. Ellen is a very generous, warm hearted, beautiful person. This generation, more people are ok with gay marriage and all that. Stop living in the past.
@Keeby12 you tried to prove your point... but failed... yes... it's true that there are ways of preventing actual sexual activity and such but a person can't control which gender they feel those sexual feelings towards
okay i know for a fact that being gay is NOT a choice. im not gay, but i know its not something you choose. that's almost like saying you choose whether your black or white. like seriously people think about it.
I'm a Christian and I love watching Ellen. That doesn't make me less of a Christian. What's with all the controversy?! If you were a true Christian you wouldn't be judging people, because that's not what Jesus was about. He loves everyone. Don't be a hypocrite. Besides everyone is a sinner and the bible says that no sin is greater than the other. It's her life and her decision. Worry about yourself. I'm just saying.

... in all honesty i think she would still be gay even if it was a choice after she found such an amazing love as portia.. i think that you may find reading portias book may give you some insight because your religious blinker has blinded you to what homosexuality truly is.. you will read what a struggle that woman went through with her sexuality and what staying closeted turned her into..
I didnt get it... if she already won a trip to hawaii, why did she grab the coconut like a madman after that. I personally would have let the other one take the coconut before me.
@Keeby12 Even the new Testament has stuff like that, the God is bias and pretty much defies it's own Commandments. If there was a God, and if it was benevolent, life sure as hell wouldn't be what it is now.

ok, being gay isn't a choice you love who you love end of, lust has nothing to do with it.. and saying that you can change back to straight well isn't that a smart sentence: firstly they weren't straight to start with and second wow its just ignorant to think people have a choice when it comes to sexuality i mean do you really believe ellen wouldn't have "chosen" not to be gay after everything she went through when she came out?...

At the fact that at rehearsal no one from Ellen's team (including Andy and Mary) could throw the coconut right into the hole, and that women did that at her first attempt

i think its disgusting to throw comments like these on youtube at all let alone on an openly gay womans video. Lastly i'd like to say its 2012 man just drop all this sinner crap gay or straight we are all human beings and being gay is not a choice the same way being straight isn't a choice, also if you do comment back to this please leave out the god bless you comment thank you.
