Ellie is like gold for these producers. She's delusional as she describes situations in the complete opposite from what everyone else saw as reality, all while her insecurities are just screaming
She thinks everything is about her. U will not be sucessfull as chief stew then. Cause everyone is equally important. U can not look down at people. She does not have the mentality to be in sutch a role! Too arrogant!!!

Ellie talks about "rank" and "standards" so much because she's covering up for her deep-seated insecurity. She's always trying to prove how "Lamborghini" she is as a way to make up for the fact that subconsciously she's always trying to prove herself rather than being actually confident in her abilities. But also...she can't be confident in abilities that aren't actually there, so there's that issue too.
Ellie is literally one of the most insufferable people I've ever watched on this show, ANY iteration of it. I really hope we never see her again on this franchise.
She sucks but it’s interpersonal conflict which is the premise of this show; drama! I hate her so much but it creates the villain energy which adds problems that need to be overcome/ confronted or let fester. Bit sad innit
@@ArcticAirUltraPro I've been watching this show for years and they get plenty of tv worthy entertainment out of people who are not like Ellie. There is no need to have someone on the show who will never acknowledge her own faults or how she contributes to issues. Her career in yachting, let alone on the show, should be at risk after her behaviour this season.
Drink every time Ellie says “2nd Stew”. I was never too qualified and no job was ever beneath me but I’ve worked with people who think they are too important to do certain jobs. Ellie just wants the rank that’s all she cares about. I wonder how far apart these interviews are from when she apologised to Bri on WWHL.

Ellie tried to portray herself as this professional person. But let's face it. It comes from insecurity. She always thinks her shit don't stink and the Bri thing jolted that. She needs to be humbled more often. She is going to have a really hard time as she ages and there are others better than her. 😅

Ellie is so delusional. Everything she says is the opposite of what everyone else has said. Literally everything. The only thing I feel somewhat bad for her is her being blamed for laundry, because as we see now it's been Bri's fault. But we still saw her screw up Jono's pants.
I like Aesha, but when she saw that laundry was such a big problem for so long, she should’ve worked with Bri to come up with a better system that would work for her. The color-coded system could’ve been implemented early on. I understand she’s busy with the guests a lot, but they had off days…she could’ve used a couple of hours to help set that system up. Clearly Ellie’s petty self wasn’t going to do it.
Yeah, Aesha is not a strong leader. Love her, but mediocre at best. If something isn’t working, jump in and give them tools, a process, or a workaround and then check in and review progress. And, if someone has an issue (Ellie with the rankings with Carrie) re-focus your team on the priorities and goals of their department. Or, ask Ellie what’s driving her feelings of being a third wheel. Get to the bottom of it and refocus together.
Kate excelled at training her inexperienced stews. Sure she’d talk crap about them 😂, but she definitely gave them a chance by providing hands on training before just saying they were on their own and threatening to fire them.
Aesha is one person supervising two inexperienced stews no matter how experienced Ellie thinks she is. This is a really big boat that if there are 3 stews, all need to be efficient & excellent at their jobs. Aesha did t have that. Also she never took a break. Ate her meals on the run. Now that Carrie is there, everything isn’t on Aesha’s shoulders.
All this talk about rank and no one had the Integrity or leadership to TEACH Bri how the laundry needed to be done. Bri probably thought no one was bothering with her.
Ellie’s high and mighty attitude is so annoying. She’s just threatened by someone who’s better at service than she is. She’s a pick me girl. A stew is a stew doesn’t matter your rank.
Ellie is the only one to bring up rank, every episode, it’s obsessive no one else cares as much as she thinks they do hopefully she sees how silly she looks

I don't like how Aesha handled the Bri/Ellie situation but now realizing how tired and spread thin she was, I get why she just wanted it to "go away" and not deal with it.

Ellie was 5 minutes from being fired and has been a pretty poor 2nd all season. She should stop telling everyone else what their "rank" is and pay more attention to what she should be doing: helping guide the 3rd stew. Brie's problems are Ellie's failure.
“Well oiled machine”, “efficient as a team”. Girl did you not see your boss having to come off her breaks to cover your arse? Did you not see your boss having to stand up to take her breaks and eat on the go? Did you not see your colleague screwing up laundry every bloody day? Did you not see people sending back your drinks? Did you not hear your boss talking to you about your priorities, for instance, the dinner table not pulled for and laid? If you think THAT is efficient, then you’re in for a shock when…IF you become chief stew! Work smarter, not harder! The fact Ellie is happy for things to carry on as the are (her boss not getting breaks and eating on the go) just so her insecurities don’t get shown or risk losing rank, speaks volumes on her as a person. So insecure!
Bri complaining they didn't have a laundry system. That's awesome for her. She had all that time to create her own or use one she was familiar with. I think she belongs in a fast food restaurant.
@@malalfordshe was green. Not having a system isn't awesome for her as she is not experienced in laundry systems. She had no laundry system she was familiar with. She tried to make a system and it didnt work cause she had no experience amd had ellie constantly moving her stuff. She only found out about the color beads cause she went into some group on fb or something and asked them what helped them. They saw her struggling with no system, and never put one in place. That's on management. Its not on an entry level new employee to some how come up with successful systems they have no experience with. Not only that but crew were told from the start to write their names. It was how far into the season and there were still clothes with no names? She's trying to keep track of clothes for people who couldn't even be bothered to mark its theirs. She had to guess who the unmarked clothing belongs to off of remembering everyone's individual sizes. No duh the clothes were getting mixed up and given to the wrong person. Especially with ellie moving stuff bri is having to mentally keep track of.

Ellie is so insecure that she is really screwing herself up! She should know that Carrie is a blessing and they really need the help. Bri has no excuse for screwing up the laundry. I mean it's so basic. Why doesn't she just sort the clothes after it is dried? It's what everyone in a multi-person household does!

Man Ellie got problems dude and the crazy thing is she wants to be Chief stew how the hell you going to be Chief stew first of all when you're always saying I'm I'm the head I'm this I'm that I'm over you I'm better than you I outrank you and then you can't even be on the job on time because you got to make sure you're so perfect with your costumes imagine her being Chief stew she would probably take 2 hours just to make sure her makeup is ready hair is ready because she is the top she outranks everybody she just has a bad attitude
I hope Ellie takes her earnings from this season and gets some therapy for her incredible insecurity. And no, you weren't a "well oiled" machine Ellie; that was just Aesha doing half of your job for you. And let's not forget that none us watching could figure out wtf Ellie spent hours doing. Like, what is it she was wasting her time working on all shift that she couldn't get to cabins or set a table? Carrie arrived and within 1 day had the bar all organized and tidy when Ellie spent hours back there doing *something*.

You will not advance in your career if you obsess over rank and position, no job is beneath you and Ellie doesn’t understand that. Her taking down to carrie about working in a booze cruise while she sells her body for extra cash? PLEASEEEE get a grip
Aesha is incompetent in team management. She lets Bri continue to be bad at her job without consequences. She plays favourites and that is really bad for the performance of the team.
Hopefully this will be the last time we see Ellie on Below Deck. She’s so insecure & it’s painful to watch her project her insecurities onto everyone else!

Somehow Ellie has managed to make me like Sandy this year and Ellie should seriously not take that as a compliment. I half wonder if the franchise was like Sandy, everyone hates you so we need to bring on someone that's way more hateful than you and have you try to look like a human and not a spiteful witch so that you will become more liked and stay on the show and we can get rid of old tape t*ts at the end of the season, never to be seen again.
Ellie wants to be chief stew only for the ego boost; she doesn't actually want to do the work of the chief stew or be selfless or self-aware enough to do the job well. Just like she's delusional and thinks she's such a great second stew, she'd be the same as a chief and won't be able to grow or give guests a good experience like that. She seems to miss the point about giving the guests a memorable experience entirely since she's only there for herself which is clearly evidenced in her delusions about her cocktails when they've shown a number of guests sending her cocktails back and Aesha also mentions that happening.
Bri sucks at her job and no one is saying it. Several charters in and she's still struggling with laundry and blaming this or that for her shortcomings. She's been protected all season by the crew, tried to throw Ellie under the bus multiple times, and still can't get it together.
@@paulawynn9779 I'm auDHD with dyslexia and could totally see Bri having adhd with dyslexia. Being aware of it and learning tools/accomodations could be really helpful for her. You can tell that she's trying her best and is just as frustrated that nothing seems to be clicking. /gen
If Ellie was chiefs stew every day 1:50 everybody would have to hear about it every other sentence flexing her rank and she’s second stew right now imagine oh my God😮 she sounds so incredibly insecure ALLWAYS!
Lack of self-confidence and esteem is what ellie is. If you are really good at what you do then you shouldn't be bothered about a new person with experience. Ellie knows she isnt good enough for this which is shown by all this insecurities and questions
Ellie definitely should not of been 2nd stew, she sucked at it!! How many x is she gonna mention she is 2nd stew. She definitely didn’t earn or deserve that position!!
Ellie is so hung up on rank, just get the job done. I was and still work with an organization (US Military) where rank is important and no one is that hung up on is as Ellie with there little 2nd stew position. Unless you are the CPT or Commander get over yourself. Also Ellie can't even make a drink or set a table on time.
