Thank god she got a 40! I was almost scared she wouldn't. Darn Craig kept us waiting until the end, just like he did with Helen. But Ellie should have gotten a 40 several times over now. This was a pat of the head to the worthy winner.

Score - *10/10* again! This was by far Ellie's best dance in the whole season and I was so happy when she announced they were doing it again, the lifts were stunning and the one at the end looks even smoother and cleaner now. The pivots and topline was sensational, she has loosened her body up and her lines are now flawless. This dance suited Ellie so much, it was elegant, sophisticated, glamorous and classically stylish!!! It was just brilliant and absolutely had that pizzazz and star quality, definitely one of the best American Smooth's we have ever seen on strictly. I was rooting for Layton & Nikita but it certainly wasn't an undeserved win for Ellie & Vito tonight 👏🏻🏆 they were BRILLIANT

Ellie recovered well from being put at risk by the stupidly dangerous shoulderstand in the previous routine. She worked hard and earned her marks. What will the show ask of the class of 24 ??
