I think this was his first solo single. This song inspired me to pick up a guitar. I watched his live version hundreds of times and it was the first complete song I learned to play. Such a beautiful person, master of key changes and chord progressions.

if only for one day. I've been listening to ES a lot lately and he came on a dream last night. It was really surreal but it was amazing! I was about to buy my concert ticket and I woke up.
