I love this breakdown and I love that people properly give D'angelo his flowers.💙D'angelo weaves southern black gospel into his style and vulnerability is drizzled throughout the lyrical content. His songs don't sound like an R&B croooner whining about a petty break up. It's a grown ass man whos a little rough around the edges but secretly a romantic. Some of my fave songs: Jonz in My Bonz, Greatdayindamornin/Booty, The Root.

Love the video and D'Angelo but honestly came here to hear Elimene's beautiful accent...what a phenomenal singer
