Eloise: The Half-Android, Half-Xenomorph "Mother to Monsters" - Explained

Eloise sounds like an interesting character, but only if her story doesn't simply become "The hunted becomes the hunter". I feel the leaper's are far more interesting. What long-term effects does being a host have, on both human and xenomorph? What effects would it have on their descendants?

So,.. she's practically like Kerrigan?

I kinda liked this series. The leprosy concept was an really interesting twist. But the whole "androids are bio-mechanical now" concept and the "biological computer virus" thing were painfully dumb to me. I really think they could have gone with a human/alien hybrid concept instead, without suddenly making androids "magical".

Very interesting premise for a character. I'm constantly surprised at how many different directions this shared universe can go.

I'd never heard of Eloise before now, and to answer the question you pose at the end of the video: Hell yes I'd like to see/know more about this character. She's incredibly unique imo, not just in the Alien storytelling universe, but in _all_ storytelling. Her character is both hero and anti-hero, her physiology monster and machine, and there's almost no limit to the possibilities that a good writing team could explore in regards to her evolution, as in a universe chock full of stunningly unique lifeforms (and despite the fact that Xenomorph physiology is not set in stone, but changes based on the host lifeforms incubating their young), her uniqueness -- and by extension, her _unpredictability_ -- far outshines that of anything else in that universe imo. That might seem obvious given that she is a prototype, and so of _course_ there's uniqueness inherent to that, but even beyond that, she is special. She shares DNA and can commune with arguably the greatest, most efficient killers in that universe, and yet she's _chosen_ to be peaceful. I'd love to see a great team of writers explore on a more detailed level the conflict that she must experience in her mind every second of every day.

She is doomed, Yautja's won't stop till her head get in the wall rusting ...

I loved the story of the XenoDroid back when it cam out. And I always wondered what happened to her after they left the planet. didn't know she ran afoul of the predators, so thank you for the update. I liked the fact that they tried a more subtle approach with her origin, rather than the bio weapons angle.

This story line needs to be put on the big screen..epic🦾🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥..imagine the awesomeness and if james cameron made it with the same feel as “Aliens”

If she was built from xenomorph queen DNA and cybernetic components wouldn't she just look like a robotic xenomorph? It doesn't say that she had any human DNA.

Eloise is amazing, like the perfect amalgamation of Ripley, Ash, and Aeon Flux. I very much would like to see more for her to do and would even consider writing future Eloise adventures.

Dude this is one character that an entire series of movies should be made up on... I didn't even know about this chick but it's quite possibly one of the most badass storylines that I've heard outside of the original Predator and Aliens stories

Never looked too deeply into the aliens lore but looking at it now I can see allot of sci-fi lovecraft and its just gorgeously gory.

Unlike other people I'd imagine the Predators probably stopping their hunt. If she kills enough of them they might see her as either a kindred spirit or perhaps a prey worthy of being left alone. Granted this won't stop other clans or individuals from hunting her, but unlike the company I'd figure that she'd only have to worry about the Predators only every so often.

This is the most marysue-esque character I have ever seen in my life. "I'm a half synthetic half alien hybrid who can control the aliens." That shit is almost too funny to be true

I would like to see her interact with the Ripley clone from Alien Resurrection. They share being a xeno/human combination. Would Ripley be understanding or consider her a threat that needs to be erased? IDK if their timelines intersect.

I'd like to see her come back in a few stories. Hell, she'd be a welcome addition to the aliens army list for AVP: Unleashed.

the idea with the impregnated lepers is very interesting. But the synth-xeno hybrid is way too comicy for the Alien universe. Stuff like this is why I don't think of any of the EU stuff as canon.

What an amazing character. There should be a follow up story/series to see how colony progresses and combats the predator threat.

I think we should get more of her and that she will become a hero, her existence is one of great change.

I love this character so much, shes so precious, and as much as ide love to see more of her, I dont want her pursued anymore or killed, ending it here, gave way to her wishes of being left alone, she is human enough to help and aid us, but fierce enough to stay alive against most adversity, I like to think she went to deeper reaches of space, and colonized a world alone with her people.

I would love to see more of her story. If she is created from the hybrid of a queen and an android is she herself a queen? If so can she create her own face huggers or inject eggs like the hybrid in requiem? I personally like most of the nonhuman xenomorphs and would love to read more stories focused on them, especially as protagonists, in general.

I like the idea for continuing Eloise's story a bit further with the much more story than usual and there is the fact about space pirates to worry about that would be interested in making Eloise a unwilling member of their crew, and not take no for a answer.

I personally love this, Android's can be grown and have be explained to feel ,eat, act and express emotion like a human and have been seen to regrow tissue and hair like a human so it's only logical that they are grown instead of assembled for the most part, plus the biological aspect of the xenomorph would cause her to behave in a living biological way

I am curious to what would happen if she somehow becomes a some sort of queen, like the original concept of Elden in Life And Death where he was a female android named Eldena who after mutating she gave birth to robotic Facehuggers that will create a cycle of robotic Xenomorphs, bassically Android Xenomorphs.

If she and androids have common base as the xeno dose it mean that it could be possible she could at some point start to (ill use the Pokémon term here) 'Evolve' and become a queen and possibly start to reproduce? Like how a patruian can become a queen?

Another good idea that's didn't get the bigger chance it needed. I'm not always a fan of the artwork Darkhorse puts out but the extended universes they make are usually better than the sequels.
