Sometimes my mind wanders to what I don't want to think about and then I really listen. I like how you tell us it's okay and to let them go. It works for me! I struggle with anxiety, especially at bedtime. The whole day wants to replay. But thanks to you and your lovely voice I'm learning to let it go. ❤ you have been a great help to me. I just wanted to let you know how much you help people. Thank you for what you do. I'm very sorry to hear about your cancer. I had it too. I thank God that they discovered it early.
