Elster RABO Rotary Gas meter 

Meters that experience high flow demand, outside of their calibrated maximum flow rate, can experience overspinning and inaccuracies in the meter readings. If you experience any damage on a RABO gas meter then that can be returned to the factory for inspection and possible repair. With the time involved to transport the original meter overseas back to the factory, we would recommend buying a new meter to replace the existing one. This should prove a faster and simpler solution to reduce the downtime on site. If you have an issue with a meter that is suspected to be covered under warranty, then that meter would need to be returned for inspection by Honeywell. Dear Rabia, thank you for your interest. The IN-S10 Pulse Transmitter is used with a variety of Elster Gas Meters and has 2 pulsed outputs and a Tamper Alarm per Transmitter. The first output (E1) uses the White and Brown Wires The second output (E2) uses the Green and Yellow Wires Finally, the PCM Tamper Alarm uses the Grey and Pink Wires This should be badged on the IN-S10 Transmitter itself. Thank you for your comment, a gas meter is a type of flow meter.

These meters are for gas volumes so they are measuring gas flow rates within a system to determine the gas usage.
