www.cbse.gov.in/newsite/reg2021.html CBSE portal is open Now you may check your reference year and data given by CBSE Click on Historical Performace above to know the reference range and broad distribution of marks. Facility for uploading of marks will be available from 20-May-2021.

explanation at 26:27 - aap jab formula lagange no students particular range me find krne k liye use agar check krna hai ki sahi hai ki nhi, toh us year ki sheet pe jaye fir particular subject ke marks ko select kre phir conditional formatting option me ek option hota hai between usme 60 to 70, 70 to 80 manually type kr k match kr sakte hai ki jo data formula lagane pe aya vo sahi aya hai ki nhi.

Sir agar kisi subject me 70 to 80 k range me reference year k according 0%student h but current year me is range me 4-5 students h to kya kerna hoga . standard k liye jo percentage range diya hai use range ko use basic k liye alag se use kre. jaise suppose apke total student 40 hai jisme 10 basic or 30 standard k hai toh percentage range dono k liye same rhegi bas no of student ko distribute krna hai as per range for basic and standard.

When internal marks added to this marks the subject average will change. So the average may not be equal to that of the reference year

for reference year and for current yeara all things will be maintained in 80 marks. Internal marks will not included in both year. And all the subject wise and overall average will be calculated and match from 80 marks only. Pls read the circular in that this thing is mentioned.

Sir as per reference year average marks in science are 44 but this is our students are better performers this current year the average is 56 so what should I do...do I reduce the marks of students...??...it would be fair with the students....pls tell...It will be a great help sir...

Sir you can make your average 44+2 for this year not more than that. And yes you have to reduce marks of student to manage average and broad range given by cbse.

Its excellent video. Thank you. I have a doubt. Our school previous reference avg is 57 and this year avg is 62. So now how to proceed as average is more . Maths avg was 58 and now the avg is 65. So please help.Thanks.

subject wise average can be plus 2 or minus 2 than reference year so manage it with other subject in which it is coming less

suppose now overall average which are of five subjects in reference year will 70 so in current year overall average of five subject will be less than or equal to reference year.

Let's say reference year avg= 57 Current year avg = 62 Maths avg was 54, now 61 Science was 57 , now 63 Hindi was 60,now 58 SST was 62 , now 64 English was 65, now 64 So now how to reduce moderate school.average and subject average. If you reply then it will be great help

Converting 100 marks to 80 or subtracting 20 from 100 to get 80 for the reference year.

For year 2017-18 you will convert 100 to 80. For other year like 2018-19 and 2019-20 cbse will give you out 80 marks data on 10 may 2021

Suppose out of 100 you having 75 marks so 75 multiply 80 and divide by 100 will give you out of 80 marks.

Sir, passing criteria ma koi changes nii nh hua h. Pahale wala method sa bachaa pass honge nh For eg :- Practicals 15/20 Theory 18/80 Total = 33 Sir, I have one more doubt. Our school appeared in the board exams for first time in 2020. The average marks of maths and sci are 27 and 26 respectively. In 2020, total number of students appeared in the exams were 37. This year we have 114 students. The batch is better than the previous one. Then how can we give average 26 and 27 marks to students.

The subject wise average marks for last year which you are telling me is 27 and 26 is not possible. That are too less how is it possible. I think there is some mistake in calculation. Are you using average formula in excel.

And if it is like that you have to wait that what cbse giving u as reference. See that once than come to any result till then complete your all calculation and wait for cbse portal to open on 10 may 2021

Sir hmare pas 1year ka data h usme maths m 1out of 21 was below 26 and % bni 4.76 .ab 29 students h to avg k acc 1.36 students bn rhe h to ye kse possible h . And kya ye jruri h ki hm below 26 show kre because ab to koi below 26 h hi nhi

iske liye aap thoda sa wait kre kyunki aaj cbse ka portal open hoga toh ye jo tabulation vala process hai or clear ho jayega ki kahin cbse kuch reference data toh nhi de rhi kuch school ko. toh thoda sa wait kre or jaise hi portal open hoga main sare problems ka jawab try karunga dene ki aap ko or baki logon ko bhi.
