Thank you, Indra Draven Ahmad, for recording this precious footage. It was one of the last times one would see Anna, Ivo and Merlin playing in Eluveitie. By the time of this recording, the mood of the band was already pretty much fucked up -- Anna, Ivo and Merlin have turned public that they would split from the band 19 days prior to this presentation.
Well it's an electric one. It's very quiet when it isn't attached to speakers. You can barely play it acoustically. It's a huuuge difference to a normal hurdy.
What happened to Nicole there? I now that she plays currently in Eluveitie and before 2016 too ... I mean the sound of the Violin is the same, but of course is strange to see another member that I don't know of there.
She went on a year (or not even) long break to be with her family but in an interview she also said that the vibes in the band were very bad. Maybe being with her kids was just one part and I guess she was already the partner of Chrigel back then and couldn't put up with all the internal conflict and half the band hating on her partner? :D Just making guesses here.
