I recall Aragorn had a "telescope" as a ranger, & the use of crude siege-weapons. Clever as the elves were, surprised they didn't have giant "magnifying glasses" arrays. All w/ a fixed focal points of 20 meters. Forming a "fire wall" the orcs couldn't see. That's what I'd be wanting if I was stuck w/ that tech level.
Hello friends: The Elves will always win ! As it is said in the comments, they have an army with much more discipline ! Elves have also a great cavalry ! I’ve been surprised, they don’t use it to ( for exemple ) to out flank the orcs, by « hit and run » actions ! Anyway, I liked this « film »
If the Witch King had been there, he would have kept the trolls back for the final assault. They're too valuable to throw away "weakening" the elven defenses. Great video though. The graphics of this game are nuts!
imagine being an elf...training and honing your skills with a weapon for literal centuries to make yourself one of the deadliest fighters on the planet with pin point precision while wielding some of the finest weapons to ever be crafter have supernatural strength, reflexes, stamina and agility....only to get killed by an orc born from a mud pit like a week ago with scavenged armor and a rusty sword whos idea of training was getting punched in the face by other orcs...a lot....
If you're going for realism you need many of the following items: more and much more arrows, a baggage train, water, food, etc. Logistics is the name of the game.
