The two young children are her cousins, her Uncle Michael’s children, the older girl is her sister Juliette. She even had a framed photo of Elvis, at this location.🌺

She "almost" got you? Oh, she got you, Darlin'. just like the rest of us. She had you with the first note. The symbolism here is so typical of the production work of Angelina's grandmother. It abounds, from the mirror reflecting the past, the dusty piano, the black leather jumpsuit and red guitar that Elvis used during his comeback special, and more. Yes , many symbolisms. The hairstyle is what Priscilla Presley wore. The black leather outfit and the red guitar are a tribute to what Elvis wore on his comeback tour. The piano starts as Angelina is removing the dusty cover (dusting old songs). Her baby cousin represents the innocence that we are all born with. Her other cousin running around and looking up represents the curiosity and bewilderment of discovering new things. Her sister Juliette looking regal sitting on an antique chair represents the hope and the dreams of what of what and where she wants to be (The Queen of Music on her Throne). And then Angelina as a 16 years old looking like a rock star as if she is saying.: I arrived and I belong here with the best. These are my interpretations. Regardless, Angelina in my eyes is and has been a Superstar for a very long time. Thank you for your genuine reaction and analysis and I look forward to your next Angelina’s reaction video.

I’ve always called Angelina my Female Elvis she’s just amazing with her black leather on and the guitar 🎸 she’s playing is Elvis’s own guitar 🎸 the Presley family lent it to her to perform this song how cool is that .This was an amazing tribute to Elvis no one could do it better than Angelina.The little girls you saw are her uncle Michaels daughters.and the young lady you saw in the chair is Angelina’s sister Juliette and her grandma Mery was the executive producer for this video. I'm sitting here in tears, I envy Rob that he gets to play for AJ, I can't believe I can't be at their concerts in Norway, and I envy everyone who gets to experience that and of course I wish you a wonderful one experience for you participants. This cover is incredible and it shows what wonderful things are to come in the future. Protect her because she is the treasure of all of us. Now add the album and I'm the happiest person in the whole universe.

Emerson, I was almost scared to watch this one, knowing what place Elvis has in your heart. But I also know the place Angelina has in your heart, so I took the risk. TBH I was too curious NOT to. And I really have to give you credit for the way you reacted here. The way you immediately recognized what she did, and how you accepted it as a different song. Because, let's be honest, this IS a different song. Angelina invites you in, like she always does, and makes you listen to the lyrics. It doesn't really matter HOW many times you may have heard a song. When Angelina puts her magic on it, you WILL react to it differently. That is what she wants, and she has the genius to make it happen. THAT is true artistry, something that just a select handful of artists can do IMO. But none of those have her vocal abilities, not that I'm aware of. That mekes her stand out completely from the rest. And she is 16. What the future holds for her is scary to think about. The way she came out in this one, in the intro??? I could listen to that voice for the rest of my life and never even miss listening to somebody else. Love and RESPECT from Norway ♥♥♥♥

Emerson, One of the commenters said the writer of this song didn’t like Elvis’ arrangement of it. I think the writer would have greatly approve of this arrangement and performance. It’s another master work by Angelina and pianist, Rob Christie. There is gold. There is platinum. There is diamond. Then there is Angelia, a very rare and precious gem.

Angelina has a gift for rearranging iconic songs to fit her voice. It's not a fluke she does it over and over sometimes very similar to the original and sometimes completely revamping the song. So many artists try to make changes to famous songs and the result just feels wrong or they mimic the original singer and produce just a pale reflection of the original work. While I really wish she would produce more originals I don't know many singers who cover songs as she does.

Emerson, when this video came out I thought of you immediately. You care so much for both artists and there is room in your heart to allow Angelina to sing Elvis songs for you. She does them with respect, to the original song, the artist and especially the lyrics and the message of the song. And, of course she puts her Angelina spin on the song to literally make her version something to admire and enjoy. I trust everything is well with you.Emerson, when you replay this for yourself look for all the elements in the video making reference to Elvis. The video is almost like a tribute to him.

Hi Emerson, I've been waiting a lot for your reaction to this cover, knowing your love for Elvis and for Angelina 😆 She is simply magic and amazing, over any words. Angelina has always been wonderfully engaging, but now her voice gets warmer and deeper each time and her slower version of this iconic song is truly fantastic, for me much closer to the emotion of the lyrics than Elvis's version. Elegant and very sweet, she really enters her our heart. I also infinitely love her fantastic family that is so close to her, this video is truly a wonderful little work of art, so full of sweet references to the Elvis persona ! 💛🧡❤️ Four days after the publication of this little masterpiece, I can't stop listening to it, it's absolutely fascinating and exciting. That red guitar belonged to Elvis himself and you can see him playing it in his 68 TV Come Back Special when he sings “Blue Suede Shoes”. It sold later in auction for 500,000 USD. Whoever owns it now, allowed Angelina to use it for this video. Our Angel is doing great.

The 2 younger girls are her Uncle Mike's kids, and, 2 time Grammy winner Rob Christie on piano. What a great cover! The beehive hairstyle was to honor Priscilla Presley and the time period she met Elvis. I was not expecting this! This was almost 4 minutes, but it flew by and felt short! Yeah! She’s something special, isn’t she? Pure Velvet Perfection! This arrangement was all Angelina, I have no doubt. She is a Master Storyteller. The video is shot in the same Antique Store that she did 'My Funny Valentine' on Valentines Day. I believe it is in LA near her home. I believe the girls in the video represent Angelina's Journey from infancy to present through the classics of music history. Thus the Antique store, She grew up studying and performing these classics. Did you notice that right foot raise it''s heal to cradle the guitar a couple of times in the performance. I was waiting for her to throw in a little shake to it in homage to the King. Could that have been intentional? That is Rob Christie on piano. Sister Juliette and a couple of Uncle Michael's Babies. Angelina reminds me outwardly of both Priscilla Presley and Amy Winehouse - the same chic black hair. What a glorious production, praise to everyone involved, so perfect for Angelina Jordan she rules the universe with her talent. Again, the great talent of Rob Christie playing the piano. The Cinemaphotography, a total MASTERPIECE. Great touch, the cousins and sister get a cameo. Mery, you should be so proud, AJ's grandma produced this. Excellent ART Cole McCarthy! (This red guitar is identical to the one Elvis played in his 1968 concert on TV.) Oh, the tears, and loss of breath, she is like no other in the universe. Here is a classic example of what this ethereal talent, Angelina Jordan, can achieve she takes a mundane song and turns it in to phenomenal classic. There will be plenty of comments to mention all the Elvis aspects as a form of her tribute....but since you mentioned Hallelujah, do the search for Juno awards 2006 + Hallelujah and it will be something to remember ...( followed closely by Tim Buckley doing it as well, these are my two favorites for this Cohen classic)

Absolutely what I expected. She made this her own song and she did it beautifully. I noticed Juliet sitting there she is going to be as beautiful as Angelina one day. Elvis' version is great and it always was, and it still is one of my favorites. but Angelina's version is equally great and is definitely her own. When I first heard this song I loved it and put it at #3 on my playlist (Angelina Jordan Playlist by Terry M.), about midday I moved it up to #1. The main thing that changed my mind was the power in her voice. I'm not talking about loudness I'm talking about the power she has regardless of how loud or soft she sings. This is a quality that I haven't heard from anyone in my 82 years. This voice has become so unique that it is totally unmatched. The pianist is Rob Christie (3 Grammes), he is the head of the Republic Record department that is responsible for Angelina and other singers. The two small kids are her uncle Mike's kids, and the older girl is Angelina's sister. 🙂

Hola Emerson! Qué bueno verte nuevamente :) Estaba esperando tu reacción a esta reinterpretación de Angelina, sabiendo que eres un gran fan de Elvis! Comparto tus sentimientos completamente! He escuchado muchos covers de este icónico tema de The King pero ninguno se acerca a lo que Angelina ha logrado acá: partiendo del puente de la canción, le da un sentido muy diferente al que Elvis utilizó, haciendo que la audiencia comprenda y sienta cada palabra, cada frase. Un enfoque tan inteligente, a tiempo para el estreno de la biopic, con una destreza vocal e interpretativa inigualable por parte de Angelina. GENIUS!!!
