Well, my lifelong crush on Elvis has been reawakened. What an incredibly gifted, beautiful, humble, and intelligent being.

Thank you to the person who designed and put this up. All the Elvis fans like to hear him talk about anything. He has a considerate sweet way about him.

The world would be a so much better place if there were more people like Elvis ❤️

Judging just this audio tape, Elvis seemed like a normal person. Sincere, open and honest, and mature considering he did not have siblings, just his parents.

I can only judge on what I’ve heard in the interview, he seemed very genuine and humble. His mother brought him up very well. Elvis was a good, warm-hearted man, caring for everyone, very poised and dignified all the time. Unfortunately, his manager and the Memphis mafia took full advantage of his kindness at every turn. He became a meal ticket, many people drained him, until he was in the early grave.

What an absolutely beautiful, smart and humble man, he rightly deserves the title of ‘The King’. The ‘celebrities’ of today could all do with taking a leaf out of his book, he always treated his fans with respect and never forgot who put him where he was. I just wish he’d been born 20 years later and he might still have been with us, he was way ahead of his time and so incredibly talented. Anyway he’s back with his Mom and Dad now where he belongs ❤️❤️

That's why I have to get what I can from every day. & I ain't no saint, but I've tried never to do anything that would hurt my family or offend God...I figure all any kid needs is hope and the feeling he or she belongs. Perfectly said!.. He was a good humble person who actually cared for others. Didn't do it for the fame and fortune, did it for the love of music and entertaining. Wouldn't run and hide from fans, but took time to sign an autograph. I think that's probably why his fans still love him even after all these years.

Elvis was an introspective man who sincerely wanted to show love and respect to people. He also happened to be the greatest entertainer we will ever see. God bless him and rest his soul.

I’m very glad he and his mother voted to stay in Memphis when Vernon wanted to go to California. And never got rid of Graceland like the colonel wanted. Colonel said he was living too high. I think the colonel wasn’t raised like Elvis so he doesnt or didn’t have the touch of those who loved him like Elvis. Only wanted to just use Elvis for a money box.

Just think of the countless numbers of people who were changed or inspired by Elvis. Without Elvis, they would be different too. Think of how the music world would be today without the incredible contribution from Elvis. JUST THINK OF A WORLD WITHOUT ELVIS...I cannot even go there. Elvis is a true blessing sent by God to make our world a better place with his many contributions. He has helped so many people find God. His endearing love for God was contagious and many grew to find and love God too! This was so special, thank you. He was modest beyond words. When he talks about what he likes to read, he only mentions philosophy and poetry but based on the Graceland Archivist, he had a huge library of all kinds of book. In many, sentences were underlined and notes made on the side. That's how important they were to him. Thank you Elvis, for all you've given us.

Elvis was sincere in all things he did. He loved deeply from the heart and was so kind and generous. He was ELVIS and his legacy will live on for many years to come. He would be surprised that he is still very loved and has fans to this day. RIP ELVIS. We love you dearly!

What he is saying is the truth. He got out of his limo after a show to say hello to me and tell me he loves me. He didn’t have to do that.

what a gem of a video- always love listening to Elvis speak but this one is close to home. When he speaks about losing his mother during the army the tragedy which made him a better human being and better understanding of self and others. Well honey, you have always been a great human being, honest and humble and by all accounts you had changed the world. I understand this had profoundly changed you, your heart has always been genuine. I had lost my father when I was 10yr it stays with you throughout your life. Your mother is very proud of you. thank you for sharing!

A really decent human being, from humble beginnings materially but he always knew he was loved as a child by his mother and his dad stood up and helped after a tough time through the 1930's depression. The greatest gift to have as a human being is knowing your family loves you and believes in you. The rest is pure good fortune and of course in his case the luck of being blessed with musical talent and an open tolerant mind. This interview is flawless, pure honesty and his truth.
