B&K puts the studs on in the wrong pattern ON PURPOSE! Because otherwise somebody would try to sell the suit as a real Elvis one. Let me tell you that is not possible. The lineage is too well known and there are many other ways to determine the obvious replica. You go girl!
Everybody go to ELLE for affordable stage clothing and submit your own design or have her create a new one for you. It takes a lot of talent to make custom anything let alone a copy. I'm sure Elvis would be flattered to see how long his Legacy has lasted along with his style, if it wasn't for the ETA'S all these suit makers would and do cover other areas of design. That's the world market you chose Wal-Mart or Macy's. Have a nice day
I don't know of any law against making and designing jumpsuits as long as you are not copying the pattern from another company. Entertainers besides Elvis have used jumpsuits and capes over the years. I got inspired in 1997 based on the passing of comet Hale-Bopp and designed a Hale-Bopp pattern for a jumpsuit while sitting in a Burker King (no joke) in Madison, NJ...I think my "inspired" design looks better than B&K 's design "Comet" jumpsuit which I hadn't seen then in 1997. I wore my costume for years and have retired it. But, yes I have since purchased from B&K and their work is beautiful but pricey. If these folks (Pro Elvis Jumpsuits) make quality jumpsuits legally and don't copy B&K patterns then why not check them out. If the jumpsuit fits, wear it and enjoy your Elvising!
If it is not the same as the original like Elvis used why buy it . I am an Elvis from way back when I was a kid my aunt was a huge fan and when she passed away she left my mother who also passed away a number of years ago she also had Elvis merchandise and my aunt she had money don't get me wrong she had a Cadillac and she also had an Elvis tapestry that's worth some money but in her Collection she had a Elvis jumpsuit that was never taken out of the display case . My mother had scarf that she got at a concert back in 1970 she had coins stamps plates dolls . I bet between my mother and my aunt they had 400 hundred items that know I have in my house displayed in a room that I can say I will never get rid of Thank goodness I have all most everything insured .in just case of a firer or get it stolen .
B&K Enterprises is the only costume company that owns the original patterns to all of Elvis's stage wear and casual outfits, created by Bill Belew and Gene Doucette. B&K Enterprises, the 'Cadillac of costume company's'! We hope you enjoy running a business that steals other peoples copy righted material! That's classy!
You're a dumbass idiot!! If they "own" the original patterns to Elvis' suits, how could they be stealing copyrighted material??? Stay in Canada and STFU eh!!!! And who's "we"??? If they own the shit, then they can do what the hell they want with it dopey!!!
Kraazzy girl BK enterprises has the man who did the real jumpsuits for Elvis Presley these other people (pro Elvis and others) do the wrong design because it's copy righting and if they did the right designs like BK enserprises. Does they will get sued for all they got so ur wong even if I'm "wrong" just look at the kings jumpsuits and look at hers hers r different
