I've never felt so connected with any artist as much as Elvis. I feel like I know him. His emotion resonates with me so strongly it's as if I'm right there with him belting it out. It's harrowing at times to realize that Elvis was actually going through such turmoil at the time of this recording. I have felt the same way, but luckily when I'm going through something, Elvis is always there to help me release my stress. God bless you, Elvis.
Always loved elvis from the age of seven. When my dad bought me my first LP .I am 55 now and still the same. Last couple of days I have had the song just pretend in my head and can't stop singing it.
This was beautiful and I think Elvis felt proud about it. I'm still proud of him for everything he passed on to his fans. He knew we love him. We do love him.
I don't think there was a song he could NOT sing! That voice, that incredible voice. My mama used to always say " can you believe there was two of them"?Remembering his stillborn brother.. Smh
Wow I think Elvis had the best voice even in his last days hurt is a chilling song to listen to love the way he bring it Down the back up again the king forever
I feel his hurt because I feel so connected to him . His hurt is mine . His beautiful music is just something out of this world 🌎 He looks like he really wants us to understand his pain , because he Is going away soon . We won’t see him again until sometime in the future , where we will recognize him and be happy for him for he will find his way to peace ☮️ , harmony and happiness. and “ we’ll meet again . God bless you and Adios “ ❤️ you forever ❤️.
Elvis was hurting much more then anyone ever knew. the only person who knew what he was going through was Jesus Christ he knew Elvis heart. like noone else. ELVIS was Good to everyone. ,, But Elvis. rip dear brother a be Happy.
Larry Londin, a tremendously talented studio drummer, and friend of Elvis and the TCB Band, subbed for Ron Tutt for like the very last shows of the tour, and his life. I’ve read where Larry was meticulous about tempo and dynamics. I surmise he kicked most of the songs off in the original tempo of the studio recordings. Elvis likely was kind and patient and just did them in that tempo. Larrie London was phenomenal, though. Sadly, he is no longer with us either. I remember James Burton and his wife Louise came in to see our group at Roy Clark’s Club Celebrity two years in a row. In 1992, I vividly remember having the conversation with James that we’d lost Larrie Londin and Jeff Porcaro of Toto in pretty quick order. Y’all have no idea what it’s like to have your guitar hero and his wife come to see you where you perform- we were just nobodies , but he took the time to come hang out with us for a whole evening.
