Wonderful video Billy, as usual. Very interesting! You've got guts my friend to go onto these properties. Have you ever been chased off? Do you know if Red bought the house or Elvis bought it FOR him? Wonder how often, if at all, Elvis visited there? As others have done, I am compelled to offer and pay my deepest condolences to Lisa, Danny, Riley, the twins and family on the loss of Benjamin So sad! So young tragic and preventable if he had sought help for the demons that drove him to commit this terrible, final act.! I pray God grants comfort and peace to the family, especially Lisa and Elvis! His only grandson. Breaks my heart. He seemed to be a very private young man. Little known about him aside from his striking resemblance to his worldwide icon/superstar of a grandfather and famous Mother, a sister who is an actress and famous in her own right. Perhaps (?) it was more than he could deal with? I pray Lisa has a ton of support around her to see her through his tragic time and DOESN'T GO BACK TO DRUGS to get by and numb the pain. God rest his soul! In the arms of the angels R.I.P. Benjamin. The survivors are left to mourn and question WHY. God Bless them all with His mercy! Wrap them in His arms and love. Amen. I keep them all in my prayers!

Red is an important part of the Elvis story, but I feel like him Sunny and Dave get too much of a pass for the book. More than a few close to Elvis think the book is what put Elvis over the edge.

What 10k-15k sq. ft.? Huge rooms.Brick,Humongus kitchen. Stick that outside Chicago or NY. It would be multi million dollar price tag. Throw in 17 acre and it’s officially out of my price range.

No stone left unturned no room left unexplored. My favourite videos are where you go exploring. You never know what you're going to find. An acting school in Reds Ranch seems unlikely but he did okay after Elvis with bit parts and this is all part of the Elvis story shows what people most closely connected to him did or didn't do with their lives. The Ranch left me with two feelings one good..it's an amazing location and the other it's kinda of a creepy place. You know when you see empty buildings if it's the type of place you would want to live or set up camp and for all it's good points I wouldn't want to stay there. It's a bit like Red some things about him we love other parts we don't. The Ranch pretty much sums up how I feel about Red West.

Hey Spa Guy! I was surprised to see you going in the house, but glad you did! I would love to see what it looked like when Red lived there. Hard to believe it's been almost 3 years since he died (7/18/2017) That was so sad and unexpected. And just like everyone else, I'm so sad to learn of Ben's death. I feel so sorry for the family, especially Lisa. It just goes to show you that all the money and fame in the world can't make you happy. Take care and stay safe!!

Mr, Spa Guy, that was very cool seeing the home and ranch of Mr. Red West! Did I see a kitchen upstairs as well as downstairs? What a beautiful place. It appears to be around forty thousand square feet in the house, and the grounds are very picturesque! I bet he enjoyed his retirement there with grandchildren running about! Thanks for the good tour on feet and by old glory!😎🎶🎵

Wow, something like that is my dream. I do have a nice three-story house with a two car garage with 3/4 acre, in a semi rural country, 45 minutes from Washington, D.C. But that lake and the space there is beautiful.

Didn’t Elvis fire Red ? Afterwards he wrote wrote a tell all about Elvis. When Elvis died they were on really bad terms,as well as few other former Memphis mafia.

I lived there from 1989 to 1991. Our family rented it from Red and Pat West. It was so neat to see it now. Of course, it's been painted gray. It was white when we were there and that side room was not built on then, as far as I can remember. They had three horses in the back as well. Pepper, Topper, and Big Jim. As far as I know, Elvis had that house built for Red (Bodyguard) & Pat (Elvis's Secretary). I have some footage of the house from 1990 when my Dad was trying out his new camcorder for the first time! I will see if I can upload it to my channel. Many a story to tell! I wonder if you can still get the chills and shivers in the upstairs hallway leading to the attic. Thanks for posting this footage!

So, just an observation, did you take this video in 2017? The calendar on the wall said Labor Day was Sept 4th. So the last few years that Labor Day was Sept 4th was 2017, 2006 and 2000. So I'm wondering how long that calendar was there. Any souvenirs from that visit??

I remember Red in Star Wars 1978? He lived here then. So strange walking through his house all empty. Time passes to quickly. The times from 1950's to the 1980's were a wild ride! Now we are on another kind of ride and I think something wonderful is going to happen! I miss those times and the people that filled them. Elvis Presley's gang and the rest of the story as music kept truckin along....
