Join The Spa Guy on a tour of Elvis Presley's Palm Springs home, located in the Chino Canyon neighborhood. This iconic house was purchased by Elvis in 1970 and remained one of his favorite homes outside of Graceland until his death. Notably, Elvis recorded several songs in the living room of this home, including "Sweet Angeline". Designed by architect Albert Frey for the Jurgens family, the house was later owned by Ray Kroc, the founder of McDonald's, before being purchased by Elvis. The house features an outdoor jacuzzi for privacy and comfort, and at the time of his death, Elvis was having a new master bedroom built on the property. My parents lived in Palm Springs for many years. Elvis was listed in the phone book. The house was under construction when Elvis died and it was broken into that night with a guitar, clothing and some personal items taken.

My girlfriend and I (from Maryland) visited Palm Springs a few years ago,...and went to see the former stars' homes including Elvis's honeymoon house. We then (previously not known to us) went right up the street to see this house which almost had as much(maybe more )Elvis history to it. There were landscapers there,...so the side gate was open. My girlfriend was able to take pictures of the pool area,...and into the home from the pool deck. Also,...the Frank Sinatra ''Twin Palms' home not far away had some workers going in and out,...and we were able to get some great pictures of that home too,....among many others including the Dean Martin home which was very small,..for sale,...and in disrepair.

Was there 2 weeks ago, crews were working on the outside and a film crew was doing a documenery on the work, I got to the front door which was open and saw the pool, then I was told to leave.

Wow!! This is the style of home I always pictured Elvis as owning. He bought Graceland for his mother and honored her there but I always thought he would want this style for himself.

Spa guy. I think this is the best video you have done. I was absolutely captivated on the history of this house. I had no idea Elvis recorded 9 songs here. The details of previous owners, the inside shots of the home, the info on the new addition he didn't see completed, waving to his friend. I mean it came alive. You always tell an excellent story. Your voice was meant to be heard as it is so clear and I can understand every single word. You never rush through your videos trying to get it over and done. What a thrill it would be to rent this place..You definitely have to rent this place and hold a Christmas party there. That would be the
