I have a doubt You say that even if the Em drive in some way works, it will still be useless due its is insanely low power to thrust ratio ryt well my question comes here if the em drive actually works and we keep it in the space attached to the most basic and light weighted requirements of a space ship or rocket and provide it with a lot of energy, then considering the fact that its in vacuum where there is no fiction to stop the moving body ( even if the movement is very very very slow ) then it would be pretty useful now what i am thinking right now is that ones electricity is given the particles will keep on resonating and providing more thrust i mean electricity is req only at the start not continuosly
you cannot run on water as it is a byproduct of burning hydrogen & oxygen, same way you cant run on CO2 because it a byproduct of burning carbon + oxygen
