With Wussat coming in Canyon Views, Emaar; all its distinctiveness and remarkable living is going to be very very badly compromised. This Canadian and Spanish outlook would be shadowed by Wussat gray buildings and might look like Giga Al Ghurair downtown living.... Yakkkk.

The problem with Emaar I feel is the poor condition of Islamabad highway. The traffic congestion is enough to repel ppl from this beautiful project, importantly Emaar is not losing hope and INSHAALLAH I'm hopeful that they wud ace as soon as the highway gets completed...abhi tou Highway is HAAAAYE way.

One more BIGGER ISSUE... Emaar has cut all the greens for new plots... AB KOI PLAY GROUND YA PARK NAI HAI... These idiots have used all lands for plots only... NO PARK for children... BIG BLUNDER... Why property dealer don't highlight these things...
