The audio in this video is most likely the sound track that will be played during the new year’s event in two days time. It seems they were testing the sound through the speakers, which could explain the switch from 2:08-2:10. This is odd because they’ve never done that previously, and during the middle of the day when the public is around. From 2:14-2:24, you can hear 10 beats which would match with the countdown to midnight, and the sound after this segment seems happy and cheering like ringing in the new year. The audio lasted 10 minutes which coincides with the 2023 new year fountain testing video I uploaded previously. We’ll only be able to tell if this is the actual event soundtrack or not after two days.
