Hello sir, I am a PhD student trying to calculate brush height from trajectory data i got from my lammps simulation. Thank you for this video but I am not quite clear as to how you measured the cumm' length 'b'. Please can you clarify? I am writing a code for the calculation. Thank you.

b is the Kuhn length, so the distance between 2 neighbouring segments (monomers)
