Thanks for confirming my observations with my BabyHawkII Analog version. The rx is really bad on my version. Lines across the screen and the range is horrible. I'm thinking about changing out the rx. I will agree with you the flight characteristics are really great. I still consider myself a newbie but this one flies so great that it boosts my confidence.
An ELRS receiver with a ceramic antenna would solve the D8 flippy-floppy problem. Additionally, a Shark Byte / HDZero system would be a nice compromise between analog and DJI digital video. Go ELRS! Go HDZero / Shark Byte!
A lot of quads come with antennas flopping around and ready to be lopped off. I believe they expect the new owner to secure them to their likes. Do this right after making sure all screws are secured before flying!
Your playing with the leaves reminded me of when I used my ZMR250 to blow the leaves off my paved driveway. It actually worked pretty good as I swept back & forth, side to side. This one looks like a lot of fun .. but I already have enough racers .. ha ha. Cheers!
The days of banggood being the really cheap go to for rc related products I think are gonna be over soon. Their prices keep getting more and more expensive, they are the same as rdq on this emax model. That's crazy

400 had way to much noise for me, especially after I upgraded my goggles , do you have a solution for the noise? Could you add an extra cap somewhere or something?

personally I don't know why anyone would use a gopro anymore... I modded my original 4s Babyhawk R with 2 1/2 in arms.. and a split mini 1080p .. having a gopro on it would be like putting a sports bra on a nun...
Been flying the HD version for a while and often get 10 minutes cruising w/an 850 pack...But would Really like it to have More Grip/Punch out power when flying Freestyle maneuvers...so could you Recommend a more aggressive Propeller for it ? Even maybe a 3" prop If you think that would work ?...BTW have been enjoying your channel and charasmatic personality a Long time now...my how things have changed 👍
Hey Andy, I definitely smashed that like button! Your LOS is always a treat. Agreed, that antenna probably won't last,, lol.. I've watched an absolute ton of your videos 4shO, however, I want your opinion on my latest build. It's a Sub 230G AUW 4S ripper and is my favorite quadcopter (excluding my Rescue Drone). Too many drawbacks to this model in terms of how it's been thought out, it seems like they just threw stuff together without considering it as much as they normally do. I'd probably just build my own one instead. Nice review
