My "extra grandma" had two Newfoundland dogs living with her, the gentlest dogs one could imagine. She collected some of their fluff once, washed it, carded and spun it and knitted mittens with the yarn. Jodie would get both mittens and socks from Key...

I am surprised at how small the fluff pile was. Shelties in our home and brushing one of them out left a pile not much smaller and they were 35 LB dogs.

Key is adorable with his head tilts and talk back, Jody is hilarious with the piling of floof around him as he stares into the abyss. At times it seemed he was enjoying it, then bored, and ultimately in the end had to rebel against it by punching out the pillows. I hate being told what to do as well Key! You tell them pillows! 😂❤️

I had a dog in the past, a lab mix, who was always eager for brushing. The moment she saw a dog brush she'd rush over and sit/lay down almost immediately with a '...any day now' look on her face, and just love every moment of it. Really miss her, and it's amazing to see such personality differences from some dogs that don't like being brushed. xP

Furminator at its best !🙊🥴🤣 We left our furries' fluffery 'gifts' out and enjoyed wildlife (squirrelas and burds) take away softie insulation for nests. The 'brushing victim' is such a phoney- it's soooooo relaxing.
