it always baffles me to see how naturally skilled some people are at escalating the most meaningless situations and finding every possible way to turn their normal encounters into kindergarten arguments
@@Digital__rb "he started it by saying his youtube videos are fake" do you hear yourself? You think a normal person would hear what you said and say, "You know what? I totally agree with you! How dare he say or ask if Brent's videos were fake?!"
To be fair to Tyler interrupting all of this, if you are filming with a whole film crew in a public hotel you deserve all of the harassment you get. If I walk out of my room and have to walk through a crowd of 3am RU-vidrs I'm gonna be seriously pissed
Right, I’m a little annoyed at how many people think Tyler handled this badly. I mean yeah he asked a few dumb questions but whatever, he literally got jumped scared walking out of a room he payed for because these people with main character syndrome think they own the hotel and can take up an entire floor for a video. Imo he could’ve been a complete dick and Brent would’ve deserved it for disrupting the stay of other guests, I mean im sure Brent could’ve been a tiny bit considerate and rented out the floor so he wasn’t going to scare or interrupt other people. Honestly baffles me a bit people will side against Tyler because he’s standing up against these narcissistic RU-vidrs.
What are you talking about? Why would you be pissed. Brandon doesn't harasss people, he films when nobody else is there. He probably pays the actors hourly too. Tyler is the one interrupting him to make some views himself from a bigger youtuber, creating drama for no reason.
Totally agreed that both parties look bad in this video but the stuff at 8:35 is sooooo fucking funny "Who are you!??! Noo we're not harassing I wanna say hi to my favorite RU-vidr Brent Rivera!!!!"
@@mamouilletten1562 legit same and my son is 5!!!! I really like unspeakable but that’s the only kid RU-vidr he is allowed to watch. I thank that channel is fun 😂❤️
@@burrybondz225 that would indeed be what trolling is. He simply made a couple of jokes. One person got overly upset. Being overly upset makes you wrong in almost any situation
unrelated, but i love how Charlie feels like that really chill older brother who's always telling the most random stories. it's really comforting to me.
Brent's crew was definitely the greater of two evils here, but Tyler wasn't exactly a saint either. I can understand that in the heat of the moment everything is just so ridiculous that you can't help but to respond. But in the end, engaging is only gonna make it worse. Like they say, "Don't argue with an idiot, they'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience." Edit: Also, just in case someone hasn't seen the original video, Tyler did do a lot of equally dumb things. Like getting on his knees to beg Brent not to kick them out of the hotel. He really didn't need to do that. It would have helped his case a lot more to just stay away from them and/or call the front desk about Brent's harassment rather than try to play along.
Yeah but I can understand since he did pay $400 for a stay. He definitely didn't act the best but I think it makes sense considering what he went through, but yeah he was almost at Brent's level.
@@switchgear100 yeah it's a bit shit really, like Brent was an ass but Tyler did handle it awfully. He could have just ignored him and moved on and then got his normal content like he originally planned. Also nice Tohsaka pfp, fate is goated.
Personally, I think you reach a new low when you get someone that's paid for a hotel room kicked out while pointing and laughing at them. Like sure they all suck, but there's certainly a line there when it comes to actions. It's like if someone threw some mean words at me, so then in turn I was validated to shit in their cornflakes.
Obviously I don't like how Tyler decided to instigate Brent, but Brent and his moron friends falling for the bait and showing their pettiness was simultaneously hilarious and irritating to watch.
Yeah, it was a unique kind of shitty behavior when Brent was standing with his posse and saying things like “he is so lame” Just felt like a middle school bully or something
I'd cackle if that normal guest had even greater pull than either of those two morons somehow and got them both booted out. Hell, maybe if the entire floor complained that these two goobers were causin' a ruckus it woulda got them both booted.
If I was a “normal” guest at that hotel I’d be pissed if I had to walk through a camera crew. Like I’m a light sleeper I would be so pissed to be in any hallway with them.
Tyler had the right idea but came across super douchey. He had his right to question and even ask them not to do their video right against him room but I reckon he just wanted to bust their chops.
Brent was on the trending tab on Vine for most of its life span so his videos would always pop up on suggested tab and holy shit he hasn’t changed a single bit
It always blows my mind how adults (no matter if they’re “influencers” or not) act more like high schoolers now in days than actual high school aged kids do.
it's because of clout brainrot. in brent's case, i'd say that making these weird click-baity children's videos is rotting his brain out, too. his audience is a bunch of kids and they like him probably because they can relate to him (immature, goofy, whatever) so why would he be mature elsewhere? not to mention the privilege that comes with earning a lot of money making content for babies. as for the other guy, i don't know him or his content, but this all smelt of "oh man, a more popular youtuber is here at the same hotel, i can get massive engagement by bothering him." probably from hate-clicks from brent's posse (presumably he made a video and sent a bunch of his 5 year olds over to him in the process to leave "ur dumb"-level comments on his videos). hate-clicks are super powerful and outrage-watching is still engagement and generates revenue. i would be willing to bet that he was thinking that any money lost from getting "kicked out" (IF he was actually kicked out, the whole video seems massively staged on both sides) would be recouped by any hate-clicks he gets from brent-babies.
Brent mentioned in their final confrontation that they have met 3 times, and Tyler has recorded and shown in the video all 3 times they have encountered. Everything just makes Brent look worse in this situation lmao
Never heard of Brent but he is exactly the kind of person I expected to be running that sort of channel. That's not to say Tyler is in the right though, he shouldn't have questioned them on camera without asking. It's pretty ironic how he was filming them asking "who are you?" when they were probably thinking the same thing.
agreed. i’m 100% on tyler’s side here, but it was a little odd that he got up in their space like that. I get he was confused with what was going on but it was just a strange interaction. but then brent escalated it for literally no reason
I definitely agree Tyler was being immature as well, but unless there was more going on off camera, getting them kicked out of the hotel was a complete dick move and a power play.
thats not what happened at all LOL, he didnt ask them who you are as in nobody knows who they are. he was asking them to say there name for the audience dumby lol
One was that immature dude and the other one as well, how can you mix them up? /s But in all seriousness, I thought they were the same person I scrolled past on the trending list, turns out it's 2 different turds. Ah well, turds don't mix I suppose.
To be fair Tyler instigated the whole situation its just that Brent has a mind of a child that lashes out when they get insulted just a little bit., escalating the whole shit
I don't like Tyler Oliveira. Dude gives me the ick. Having watched many of his videos where he "talks to the homeless", he tries to act as though he is a savior coming in from the suburbs and educating the suburbanites on just how dangerous and scary the big city can be while coding it all in "awareness for homelessness". He tries to come off as caring, but there's a noticeable lack of empathy in his videos for the actual woes those people are going through and it's very apparent that he uses blight to gain viewership and perceived kindness. A lot of his "journalism" removes the human aspect of homeless peoples and creates a strong feeling of "themness", where there's always a clear notion of discomfort and grossness coming from Tyler when he's in the vicinity of homeless people. In the end, his videos come off as an advertisement to stay away from cities rather than raising awareness for the homelessness epidemic and asking people to invest (rather that be through donation or volunteer work) in homeless shelters and general aid.
Tyler was being a troll and annoying however Brent was being immature and short tempered I think Brent’s getting the most criticism due to how different he is IRL in comparison to Tyler
Brent is now attacking a RU-vidr named Dumpy for making videos on him, When Dumpy is actually using fair criticism which proves Brent can't take a joke
This whole situation of two RU-vidrs/Content Creator encountering one another unexpectedly is so rare. I've never seen anything like this for RU-vidrs. Both RU-vidrs really did spoiled each other's their night.
It honestly reminds me of two animals going for a dead animal and not expecting the other to be there except instead of attacking each other physically it’s like- really cringe

@@missmaterialgorl1775 I think he will forever stay a kid even when he is in his 50s and always act like this. granted, he is still young and kids his age act like this for views and to gain more attention and it only helps them gain a bigger ego.
I feel so bad for the other guests, staff, and hotel ghosts who had to deal with this embarrassment. It’s like watching children argue over who won the game out of technicality.
I got new Forgi's on my jeep and I spotted Axel in Harlem and bro my eyes burned as I watched through my sniper on the beach map in the Roblox Game Arsenal
I like Tylers' journalism. He's broken into Epstein island and investigated the homeless that live in the sewer tunnels under Las Vegas. He's clearly a naturally disagreeable person who's always looking to take risks with opportunities. But yeh this is still a weird interaction he'd've been better avoiding.
brent: If we were "normal" guests. Alll human beings are normal so you are ranked as a special human being. Are you an alien. If you are make him get locked up in area 51.
Tyler oliveira does not make content for children. Actully watch his content. I love his stuff. He walks around in places that puts his life in danger to get unbiased news scoops and interview people. Sure, his thumb nails are super edited, but his content is genuine.
I got new Forgi's on my jeep and I spotted Axel in Harlem and bro my eyes burned as I watched through my sniper on the beach map in the Roblox Game Arsenal (bro these bots are the same group of trolls as last year they literally have no life)

Brent is the Karen of children's content, literally called the cops after instigating the problem. Tyler obviously started the first encounter, and Brent's gang of _higher class citizens_ started the other 2 with the childish insults and recording from down the hall
@@oreo7186 He was knowingly interrupting their filming even after being informed of it, then went up to several people in the crew who didn't want him there to ask them questions he already knew the answer to. Don't try and pretend like he wasn't knowingly being an ass to get some content. He was definitely starting it.
I think the "regular customer" thing was more meant to mean that they wouldn't get away with it if they were regular customers because it's probably more socially acceptable to film another film crew than it would be to film random hotel guests
Yeah, they were just trying to say "if we were normal, non-youtuber guests, you wouldn't be harassing us." idk where charlie is getting this snobby narrative from
