Embodying Your Solar Self - Friday Ascension Update with Lovisa Alvtorn and Tim Whild 

I harvested Dandelion flowers multiple times for teas, tinctures and salves this spring and in the fall l will harvest some roots. My first year for the harvest of those beautiful sunny faces. This is now my second year learning about plant nutrition and medicinals qualities. I actually now have a small apothecary. This journey of discovering and remembering all that we have forgotten and been told untruths about has and is still magical! Love it! 🙏🏻💕❤️🌞🌎🌱

I like the dandelion aspect of the Sun ( yellow flower) the Moon (seed flower) and the stars (seeds releasing into the air). Being identicle with nature is my theme. Thank you both for your encouragment into this new earth frequency.

I needed this on this very rainy day, feeling depressed because of the lack of sunshine, and paradoxically with blurry eyesight because of these solar flares. Ethymologically dandelion means lion's tooth (dent de lion in French ) because of the jagged shape of its leaves. I have the feeling it symbolizes strength and resilience, qualities which we need so much now! ❤

This ☀meditation was so beautiful. I was completely immersed with this solar light - so vividly. I felt quite emotional at the end when I got "in my body" again. During the meditation I got reminded of my Inner Sun. I remember one of your videos a while back with Diana Cooper... where she mentioned that our Inner Sun is getting activated.
